All patients visiting the Dental Suite are required to wear face masks upon entering our practices. We reserve the right to refuse entry if you do not wear a mask and if you cannot provide evidence of exemption on medical grounds.
We are following these guidelines to protect our team and our patients, so please be understanding. These are tough times and we are trying to do what is best for us all to reduce risks of transmission.
If you have exemption from wearing masks on medical grounds, we would be most grateful if you could please provide evidence of these prior to your attendance. We need to be informed of all medical conditions anyway.
For those unable to wear masks with genuine exemptions, we will have to ensure that no other patients are in our communal areas when you attend, so we ask for patience as it may take a little longer for us to be able to let you in the building.
Please be patient, please be kind to our staff, we are just doing the best we can to keep everyone safe.
