White House Dental Practice – Best Dental Clinic in Chester has now announced that dental practices will be allowed to begin the process of re-opening for urgent and, later, routine face to face dental care from Monday 8th June 2020.
Throughout the pandemic we have been clear that our first priority is the wellbeing of our patients and colleagues and this will continue to be the case. The re-opening will be phased and will depend on the availability of appropriate protective equipment necessary to ensure everybody’s safety.
We will continue to take phone calls and a dentist will be able to offer advice, analgesics and antibiotics where appropriate. We may be able to commence with urgent treatment that does not require use of the drill. This is due to the production of an aerosol. The patients that we can see we will do so with pre appointment guidance, temperature checks on arrival and strict social distancing measures to ensure safety for everyone. Please follow the instructions from our team carefully. The practice will look very different and the number of people in the building will be very much reduced to what you have previously experienced.
As we open up we intend to prioritise the patients who have been experiencing pain and discomfort during the lockdown. I hope you will understand. We will open the practice to more patients and more treatment options as soon as it is safe to do so.
In the meantime, please do not attempt to make a new appointment for routine care. We have kept a list of all the patients we have needed to cancel and we will contact you to arrange a new appointment as soon as it is possible to do so. If you need advice or are in need of urgent dental treatment continue to phone the practice where a dentist will be on hand to help.
With best wishes
