They did this fun thing where they said over and over again that my insurance covered everything, did not charge me after 3 appointments and then hit me with a bill for over a thousand later. Inexcusable, I'm double insured to not deal with this and we somehow managed to end up here. Edit: so after seven months of submitting and resubmitting back and forth to insurance and pulling my hair out over a thousand dollar bill (again, double covered) even though 10th Street dental said they accepted my insurance (found out after some digging that they have not since 2019), when I asked the desk if it was covered by MY insurance and asked again and again after each of my 4 appointment to make sure and I'm left with just shy of nothing covered. I have been told on both ends that it was handled over and over and then receive another bill and it starts all over. Everyone makes mistakes but four over the course of a month is something else; best case scenario is they had no clue what was going on and failed to correct this issue 4 to 5 times for over a month. I bent over backwards to make these appointments happen during my busy season and trusting this office cost me dearly. See below for the lack of an apology and a snarky comment about how it's not their fault for saying they accepted my insurance when they do not.

I received a crown 4 years ago and it has now fallen off for the 5th time. This last time I had it recemented it lasted one whole week - I avoided chewing on that side of my mouth like the plague. However, I shouldn’t have to because a good crown lasts 15-20 years. Everywhere I have read and anyone I have spoken to confirm my suspicions that something isn’t right. It seems the crown may not have been fit properly from the beginning. Dr Meg recommended a bridge or implant when it falls out again (which it did), but I don’t have faith that will fix the issue if they could not do the crown properly. I have gotten a 2nd, 3rd and 4th opinion and I will now be receiving an implant. So now I am spending thousands of dollars and a lot of time on that. A lot of money has been spent on this tooth. I did reach out to their office. They offered me a refund of $469. I did accept but that number just seemed low to me even after I questioned it. I looked up my EOB, and it showed I paid $798 and that was just for the crown. I have tried to contact them again to get further clarification on where they came up with $469. They will no longer respond to me. It’s extremely frustrating and doesn’t seem to be a concern of theirs. I feel brushed off and lied to.

Dr Meg and her staff do excellent work. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get any dental work done, no matter what it is. Beautiful new location and the from desk ladies are always friendly and helpful.

Came in for a chipped tooth to see what my options were as a walk in. Welcomed in politely, paperwork was easy. Longest part was contacting my insurance, during which they still did what they could and the staff was extremely friendly, I will 100% use them again for a dental emergency and recommend them for anyone in an urgent need. I'd give 10 stars if I could.

I recently started seeing 10th St Dental after having a poor experience at a larger dental office. I can't overstate how accommodating, gentle, and communicative their staff is. I often see this office recommended due to their fair pricing, and that's certainly a plus... But take it from someone that has been to many dentists in many different cities - someone with major dental phobias - THIS is where you want to go. They're easily the best I've found. From front desk to the entire dental team, everyone was great at their job. No complaints/notes.

After 5 years, I finally got to have my dentures readjusted. Had to return several times for rough spots, but that is very normal! Great to have teeth that fit well again! Love Dr Meg and her staff!

I had my initial visit just recently. And I do have every intention of returning. However, I have concerns. Neither the hygienist(dental assistant)or the dentist introduced themselves to me. I believe the hygienist(dental assistant)made a small attempt at “small talk”. But I finally asked her name near the end of my visit. And the dentist “surprised” me from my right side in full “garb” and I had the impression they were about to begin right there and then. It was me who immediately inquired, “and who are you”? Again, no “small talk” from them. It was all very impersonal and it did not convey any feeling of care, concern or support. And everything felt extremely rushed. The dentist was prepared to “strap me in” and perform my procedure right there and then. No talk of pre-authorizations or questions or concerns. That may work for some people but I had plans for the rest of the day. I have since made my return appointment, very willingly I might add, but only after verifying that my procedure and “nitrous oxide” is covered. Maybe everybody was just having a bad day and was “feeling rushed” that day. But I would hope more attention is paid to greeting and welcoming and making the patient comfortable. I don’t want to come across as “ that lady” or earn a bad reputation at your practice. And I very rarely leave reviews on anything. But I felt strongly that I should bring this to your attention. And thank you for your time and that attention to this matter. Have a great rest of your day!

My mom needed emergency care. She got in same day, was treated well. Staff is wonderful and dr. Meg is sweet and great at what she does. I’m grateful for everyone there and all they do to help the community. Would highly recommend.
