Smyleee reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion, including but not limited to accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or remain inactive for an extended period.
Clinic listings on Smyleee are created using a combination of publicly available data (including data sourced from the Google Places API), user-submitted information, and editorially verified details. Regarding clinic listings:
The Smyleee Rating is a proprietary algorithmic quality score calculated for each listed clinic based on multiple weighted factors, including but not limited to Google ratings, review volume, profile completeness, services listed, media quality, and editorial assessment.
The Smyleee Rating is generated automatically and does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee of the quality of care provided by any clinic. The rating is intended as an informational tool to help users compare dental care providers. Smyleee does not accept payment in exchange for inflating or manipulating Smyleee Rating scores.

Reviews and ratings displayed on Smyleee are sourced from the following channels:
Smyleee does not verify the identity of reviewers or the accuracy of individual reviews. We reserve the right to remove or moderate content that we determine, at our sole discretion, to be fraudulent, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise in violation of these Terms.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, the Smyleee Rating algorithm, software, and the overall design and arrangement of the Service, are the exclusive property of NBN Ventures or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Service without the prior written consent of Smyleee, except as permitted by applicable law or as expressly authorized in these Terms.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Smyleee may display sponsored or promoted clinic listings within the Service. Sponsored listings are paid placements that allow clinics to gain enhanced visibility on the platform.
All sponsored listings are clearly labeled as such (e.g., “Sponsored,” “Gold Partner,” “Silver Partner,” or “Bronze Partner”) and are distinguishable from organic listings. Sponsored status does not influence the calculation of a clinic’s Smyleee Rating score. However, sponsored clinics may receive preferential placement in search results and directory listings.
Smyleee reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered users via email or in-platform notification.
Your continued use of the Service after any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and, if applicable, close your account.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which NBN Ventures is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
