I had a horrible experience at a previous dentist when I was 16 and it made me too terrified to go back. But I came here after 20 years and they were super kind and wonderful. 10/10 can't wait to see them again ♡ thanks for helping me overcome the traumatic stuff i went through at the last place.

Everybody is super nice and super welcoming here…HIGHLY recommending this dental office! They treat you like Family, atmosphere is so positive!!! Great experience definitely!!!

Absolutely love everyone at 1st in Smiles. Went in for a cleaning that was quick and PAINLESS! Betty is so sweet, gentle and very thorough. Dr. Barfield is very kind and isn't interested in doing things that aren't necessary, which i so appreciate. Elizabeth is very knowledgeable about what insurance covers and what it doesnt and is great at scheduling appointments that are convenient for me. I even recommended them to my mom because I am so confident in their practice. So glad I found them. Now I won't be dreading the dentist anymore! Thank you 1st in Smiles!

1st in Smiles was recommended to me a number of years ago and I have been pleased with their services. Even when I was running late, the front desk was very gracious, kind and friendly. And when you need a different type of service done, it is thoroughly explained to you and what the costs will be. They are not pushy, but show how much they care about your dental health.
