Had a tooth extracted and it was pain free hassle free, the dentist viraj was so helpful in calming me down and making it a more pleasant experience after having previous horror experiences.

Amazing place, doctor's are great and the girls at reception are amazing. The ambience says,'we care about you'

Been here for years and really liked my old dentist but not too happy with the new guy they have. I knew I had a few issues with my teeth I needed my brace fixed behind my top ones, my gums were hurting so I knew I needed a hygiene appointment. When I went to my appointment he told me I needed around £1000s worth of things doing! Said I needed an hour long hygiene appointment, a new brace that came in 3 parts, a retainer to put in at night and a cap on my tooth all private even though I’m NHS. Tried to get me to sign up to finance and stated multiple times this all needed doing. As soon as I came out of there I went to another dentist in Dartford and I walked out paying £95 instead of the £1000! My new dentist fixed my brace free of charge (like your other dentist did a few years back) and all he charged me for was a hygiene. Recommended things to me but said it weren’t urgent and gave me advice. If you want to keep your customers I would suggest training your dentist on how to speak to people or maybe try to not rinse your customers out of money. Everyone is struggling at the minute due to inflation so the last thing they want is to be paying out on stuff that could easily be replaced or fixed at a lower cost!

I have been having treatment from hygienist Kristina for a number of years. My gum health was very poor but due to Kristina’s skilled work it has improved greatly. I would highly recommend anyone with a similar problem to seek Kristina’s highly skilled assistance to do the same.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at 2 Green Dental. I was recommended this practice, and everything started off well. However, things quickly changed when I began receiving repeated phone calls from the reception team demanding additional payments. I’m getting married in 11 months, so I explained from the beginning that I was looking for cosmetic dental treatment within a specific timeframe. I paid £40 for my initial consultation. I later needed to reschedule my appointment, but I didn’t cancel it—I simply moved it slightly outside the 48-hour notice period. At no point when I rescheduled was I told that this would result in another £40 charge. It wasn’t until five days later that someone called to tell me I owed another consultation fee. The reception team admitted they had made an administrative error but then called again to say the dentist wouldn’t be paid otherwise. I found this confusing because I had already paid my consultation fee and hadn’t cancelled the appointment. Despite this, they still expected me to pay another £40, which I felt was both unfair and unprofessional. When I attended my rescheduled appointment, the reception staff were unfriendly and didn’t even greet me with a smile. It immediately made me question whether I wanted to spend my money at a practice that made me feel so unwelcome. After my consultation, I was told to book another appointment to discuss my treatment plan. Before leaving the chair, I specifically asked the dentist whether there would be another charge for this appointment. She reassured me that there would be no additional fee and told me not to worry. I booked the appointment, only to receive yet another phone call five days later saying I needed to pay another £40 or my appointment would be cancelled. My appointment was then cancelled without any consideration for my circumstances. It felt as though the only concern was getting another £40 from me, despite me already having paid for my consultation. To then be told, “We hope you’ll consider us again in the future,” was astonishing. As someone getting married and working to a deadline, I expected a much higher level of care, communication and customer service. There was no valid reason to cancel my appointment. I had already paid for my consultation, and I was simply returning to discuss the treatment plan that should have been included. Charging another consultation fee for that makes no sense to me. Sadly, this experience has completely put me off returning. In my opinion, the practice would benefit from better staff training, particularly around communication, customer service and ensuring everyone understands and applies the practice’s own policies consistently. Everyone’s experience may differ, but based on mine, I would encourage anyone considering this practice to be cautious and make sure they fully understand all charges before booking.

I cannot recommend 2 Green Dental Boutique in Crayford nor Dr. Viraj Makwana highly enough. I sought their opinion on a treatment I had received elsewhere and was disappointed with. I then joined their practice as an NHS patient and was treated with exceptional professionalism, kindness, and respect by both the staff and Dr. Makwana. The treatment I received was first class, and I am 100% happy with the results. I cannot fault the service in any way and would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you very much for the excellent care.

A few weeks ago, I was contacted regarding an undercharge for a consultation that took place two years ago. Although this was an error on the practice’s part, I paid the outstanding amount promptly and without complaint. I then attended my hygiene appointment. Due to exceptionally heavy traffic, I called approximately an hour before my appointment to advise that I was running late. Despite giving advance notice and making every effort to attend, I was told on arrival that I would not be seen, that the £40 appointment fee would be forfeited, and that I would need to pay again to rebook. What I find particularly frustrating is the contrast between the understanding I showed when correcting a billing mistake made by the practice, and the lack of flexibility shown when I was delayed by circumstances beyond my control and provided advance warning.

What can I say.....5 stars all round! I wasn't registered with a dentist until I experienced severe toothache last week! I looked online for local dentists and this one stood out for me! Looking at the reviews and the fact that they could see me the next day, ticked all the boxes for me! I went to see Marianna who was AMAZING! She was so gentle and spoke to you so nicely and went through everything in detail. I have since been back to have my tooth removed and as a nervous patient, I was very anxious. Marianna reassured me and again, went through everything before the procedure and I can honestly say - my experience was amazing! I will definitely be coming back for a check up. I also want to add that the receptionists were all so lovely too! Thank you all!

Im very happy with the experience I had at 2 Green Dental , Dr Rajiv and Ameeka has done an amazing job with my teeth. I had a lot of work to be done as I had loads of problems , now I’m very confident when I talk and smile . Very grateful to both of them , they do care about their patients to make sure they get the best care and treatment they need . The reception staff are very nice and polite . Overall very happy with the experience I had . Definitely recommend this practice as everyone it’s lovely and professional .

Marianna was thoroughly professional, caring and very focused on providing the best service/result with the treatment. Additionally she was very reassuring that any problems would be dealt with equally efficiently without additional cost. She was always responsive to my enquiries via both email and personally. I felt relaxed, confident and positive during and after the treatment. I feel assured of any future needs.
