All the staff are exceptionally professional

I hate the dentist historically. I love this place. I fell and broke my tooth the day before a work conference. I called in a panic they got me in that day and I had a flipper and an implant within 24 hours. All the dentists and the staff are very kind and warm and don’t make the process feel daunting. I would come back here again and again.

Leonora and other front desk staff were helpful in setting up my profile and account at the clinic. The waiting area is clean and inviting to wait in. Stella provided a thorough assessment of my oral health and her insight and suggestions were appreciated. We look forward to our future dental visits back at the clinic.

Very professional and caring especially for a dental visit.

The dentist, instead of a hygienist, does the cleaning and as a result you get very good advices in maintenance and treatment.

He explained everything clearly without me even having to ask and made the whole visit easy and comfortable. Really appreciated the great service from both of them. Highly recommend!

I recently had an onlay procedure done with Dr. Stella Park, and I’m so grateful for the wonderful experience. She was incredibly gentle, thorough, and caring. She took the time to explain the procedure and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. She truly made what could have been a stressful procedure feel easy and comfortable. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Stella Park to my family, friends, and anyone in need of a dental procedure. She is wonderful! I also want to give a special thank you to Ashley, who assisted Dr. Park during my procedure. She was so kind, warm, and attentive, and helped make me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. Dr. Reddy is attentive, thorough, and organized. From my first visit, she took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel comfortable asking any questions. I recently switched to her practice and she's already helped me take a more proactive approach for my dental health. I’ve been going to Dr. Reddy for a few years now, and she is hands down the best dentist I’ve ever had!! I had some truly awful experiences with dentists when I was younger, so I never thought I’d actually look forward to dental appointments. But that’s exactly how I feel every time I come to 209 NYC Dental. Dr. Reddy is absolutely incredible. She takes the time to thoroughly explain every procedure, making sure I understand exactly what’s happening and why. She has such a warm, friendly personality that makes it feel like you’re talking to a friend, while still being incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and kind. She also completely transformed my smile! I previously had a bridge done on my front teeth at another dental office, and the work Dr. Reddy did was top tier level. Not only does it look so much better, but she made the entire process collaborative by making sure every detail matched exactly what I wanted. I truly appreciated how much she cared about getting it right. Everyone at 209 NYC Dental is wonderful. From Dr. Reddy to the amazing team at the front desk, everyone is welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. It’s always a pleasure chatting with Dainea when I’m checking out after my appointments. She always makes the experience even better. I genuinely can’t recommend this office enough. If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would!!!!

Dr. Reddy is incredibly knowledgeable, takes the time to explain everything clearly, and genuinely cares about her patients. Every appointment has been a great experience because she answers every question without making you feel rushed and always makes you feel comfortable from start to finish. I have been going through a year-long dental implant process with Dr. Reddy, and her bedside manner has been exceptional throughout. She is compassionate, considerate, and incredibly relatable, which makes every visit feel much less stressful. From the initial consultation through each stage of treatment, she has taken the time to explain exactly what to expect, answer all of my questions, and make sure I felt comfortable and confident in the process. What could have been an overwhelming experience has been made so much easier because of her patience, kindness, and genuine concern for her patients' well-being. What I appreciate most is her attention to detail. She never cuts corners, always makes sure you understand your options, and genuinely wants the best outcome for her patients. You can tell she takes tremendous pride in her work, and it shows in the quality of care she provides. Beyond being an outstanding dentist, she is a warm, thoughtful, and genuinely amazing person who treats her patients with empathy and respect. As an added bonus, Dr. Reddy is absolutely fabulous—she brings such positive energy to every interaction and has impeccable style and taste. Most importantly, she is passionate about helping her patients look and feel their best. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a dentist they can completely trust.
