I was dealing with significant tooth and gum pain and was unable to manage the pain even with pain medication. I called Dr. Sidawi around 9 PM, and he kindly offered to meet me at his clinic at 10:30 PM. Within minutes of arriving, he took an X-ray, quickly identified the cause of the problem, and prescribed pain medication and antibiotics. The entire visit was completed in less than 10 minutes. What impressed me most was that he never pressured me to return to his office for further treatment. He simply advised me to follow up with my regular dentist or return to see him if needed. The paperwork was minimal, and Dr. Sidawi was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and compassionate. He made me feel comfortable and reassured throughout the entire visit. I truly appreciate his willingness to help, especially so late in the evening. Highly recommend Dr. Sidawi for his professionalism, kindness, and genuine concern for his patients.

I called and left voice mail. They called back and I explained that I had a bad infection in my gum two weeks ago that I was on antibiotics for and now the pain is back and my jaw is swollen. I asked if they had a payment plan because I’m extremely low income and no dental insurance and the guy said no and told me to go to the er. It was the fact they couldn’t help me that bothered me. It was the manner of how he spoke to me that I felt compelled to write this to say that if someone calls because there is an emergency and people need guidance, have more empathy and compassion when speaking to them and don’t sound so cold and callous

Beyond exceptional!!! Dr. Sidawi is a true gentleman and a great dentist!! I am a cardiologist visiting from NY and had a 3 day episode of tooth pain that escalated while I was here on vacation. X-ray and 5 minute eval and he knew exactly what the issue was and treatment was discussed and completed within an hour and half. His years of experience was on display the entire time. Constant caring of your well-being and if there is any pain during treatment was a nice and welcoming surprise. Would highly recommend and use as a dentist if I lived here!!!!

This dentist saw my 5 year old son immediately to put his crown back on. We are in town on vacation and called 10 other “emergency” places. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My wife and I live in Ocala, Florida, and on the morning of May 31st we found ourselves dealing with what can only be described as a true dental emergency. My wife’s crown had become severely infected, and the pain was a genuine 10 out of 10. She slept only about one hour the entire night. Watching someone you love suffer that much and being unable to help is heartbreaking. We spent hours trying to find help closer to home. We called multiple dental offices in Ocala, including after-hours numbers. We understand that offices get busy and cannot always accommodate emergency patients. However, after several calls, we were informed that the earliest local appointment available would be June 1st at 3:00 PM. When someone is in that kind of pain, waiting another day feels impossible. Desperate for relief, we searched online and found 24 Hour Dentist Emergency in Orlando. Although it was over an hour from our home, we immediately made the drive. From the moment we arrived, we knew we had made the right decision. Before my wife was seen, I overheard another patient requesting pain medication. Dr. Fouad Sidaoui politely explained that he wanted to personally evaluate the patient and determine the source of the pain before prescribing treatment. That impressed me. It showed me that he was focused on solving the problem, not simply covering up the symptoms. When it was my wife’s turn, Dr. Fouad was compassionate, professional, patient, and thorough. He listened carefully, explained what was happening, and immediately went to work helping her. The procedure lasted approximately 70 minutes, but what happened afterward amazed us. For years, after virtually every dental procedure, my wife would complain that her jaw hurt from having her mouth open for so long. It didn’t matter which dentist she saw—it was always the same complaint. We had come to believe it was simply part of dental work. Not this time. During the procedure, Dr. Fouad used techniques to help relax the muscles in her cheeks and jaw, periodically relieving the tension that builds during lengthy treatment. When we left, my wife looked at me and said, “My jaw doesn’t hurt.” She was genuinely shocked. For the first time in years, she completed a long dental procedure without the jaw pain she had always experienced afterward. On the drive home she said, “He should teach that technique to every dentist.” More importantly, the severe pressure and pain from the infected tooth had finally been relieved. After a sleepless night, she could finally rest. What impressed us even more was that Dr. Fouad’s care didn’t end when we left the office. He provided his personal cell phone number and encouraged us to contact him if there were any concerns or complications. That level of dedication and patient care is rare these days. As her husband, I spent a sleepless night watching my wife suffer through unbearable pain. Dr. Fouad changed that. He treated her with kindness, relieved her pain, and gave her the ability to finally rest. The thumbs-up photo I’m including is my way of saying thank you. We drove from Ocala to Orlando looking for help, and we found it. Five stars isn’t enough.
