I had a root canal performed. The endo was great. Then I came here for my crown. While showing me the 3d printed crown the doctor dropped it on the floor. Several months later the same tooth was in excruciating pain. I made the mistake of coming back here and after tapping my tooth with wooden stick, they had come to the conclusion I needed an extraction. I went and got a second opinion who told me that the tooth was perfectly healthy. Turns out I just had some food stuck in my gums. Gave an extra star because one of the teeth cleanings was relaxing

I went to 286 Madison Dental for a long overdue cleaning with Sharona. Hands down the best hygienist I’ve ever been to in my life. Her patience, thoroughness and attention to detail may well have saved my smile. Gd bless her and her skills, highly recommended!!!

I beg you to use caution. Private equity run business with unskilled labor. There were several reasons I would give 1 star. Most egregious was the careless "deep clean" that she tried to quickly do in 10 minutes. I had to pay a competent dentist to do it again, a month later, because she did such a terrible job. And let me tell you, the other dentist is went to on 35th street, night and day difference he was so professional. The second reason would be the office staff, particularly the person answering the phone. Im just going to call them unprofessional and leave it at that. I beg you to get a second opinion on your dental diagnosis and treatment. I am so glad that I did.

Dr. Jones and all her staff is amazing. Very caring, and detailed with my treatment plan. I was nervous at first but once I sat with Dr. Jones all my anxiety left. Highly recommended!!

Most importantly, she gave me my smile back. The replacement tooth is absolutely beautiful, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Been looking for a good dentist for a while now. I just went for a basic cleaning but Sharona the hygienist was insanely knowledgeable and helpful. Felt like I was genuinely in good hands throughout.

Dr. Kaufman is the best! I’ve seen him for two implants, a bone graft, and a gum graft, and every experience has been exceptional. He is incredibly professional, attentive, and provides truly high-quality care. Today my daughter had two wisdom teeth removed, and once again, every step of the process was efficient, professional, and reassuring. The entire team delivers outstanding care and attention to detail. Highly recommend!
