Dr. Jones and all her staff is amazing. Very caring, and detailed with my treatment plan. I was nervous at first but once I sat with Dr. Jones all my anxiety left. Highly recommended!!

After cracking a front tooth, I felt self-conscious and it had taken a toll on my confidence. Dr. Jones was incredibly understanding throughout the entire process. She was thorough in explaining everything, worked efficiently, and made sure my treatment was completed in a single day. She even helped navigate the insurance approval process. Most importantly, she gave me my smile back. The replacement tooth is absolutely beautiful, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. I am grateful for the care and professionalism I received and would highly recommend them to anyone seeking exceptional dental care.

Been looking for a good dentist for a while now. I just went for a basic cleaning but Sharona the hygienist was insanely knowledgeable and helpful. Felt like I was genuinely in good hands throughout.

After being told I need two root canals and two crowns after being seen my the dentist here, I flew all the way back home to see if this was the case. Come to find out I just needed fillings and no root canals at all. I saved over 5 thousand dollars by getting a second opinion after here. Please be careful if they suggest extensive treatment.

It was my first appointment. The front office staff was attentive and while they weren’t happy about my need to “fill out” paperwork instead of completing the documentation electronically; they were still eager to assist and maintained excellent customer service. I saw Dr. Jones and her assistant Anna. They were absolutely wonderful. I was seen within minutes of my scheduled appointment. Dr. Jones made sure I was comfortable before working in my mouth. She explained the treatment plan and closed our appointment with courtesy. I would highly recommend this dental practice.

I had a very strange experience at this dental office last year and am no longer a client because of it. I received a regular cleaning and the hygienist was really rough with the tools. I had a bad gut feeling but really needed work done and came back for a deep cleaning and to fix a filling. After fixing the filling and getting an inlay, I experienced gum sensitivity and came back to have it assessed. I was told that women have more sensitive gums because we have periods. I was pretty speechless and decided that, that was it for me. Its been less than a year since I got the inlay done and it already chipped.

I've been going to 286 Madison Dental for over 10 years and have always received the best of dental care and advise. No matter what issues I have had they are always professional and on top of it! Dr. Kaufman and Dr. Shmuely know their stuff and are very good with their hands. The front office led by Tamar is always very accommodating.

I had an appointment today for cleaning and exam. I really appreciate it that there was no long waiting time. The staff are very friendly and very quick which is what I am happy about. I would highly recommend 286 Madison Dental.

This is the best dentistry in the city! They have the best staff and the best technology. I’ve had Sharona multiple times as my hygienist and she’s always been so friendly, attentive, kind, gentle, and gives really helpful advice in how to improve my oral health. Dr. Schmuely is an incredible dentist! The best I’ve ever had. He made the crown for my tooth within 8 minutes with 3D printing instead of me having to wait a month for my crown to be molded. I can’t even tell my tooth has a crown because of how natural it feels! He checks in with me to make sure I’m fully numb so that I’m not in any pain and takes his time to explain everything to me which I really appreciate. He’s also extremely personable and makes me feel comfortable! I also love that I can easily call them for scheduling! Great office and I’ve really felt taken care of each time I’m there

I went here for the first time and I'm very impressed. The ladies there are all truly polite and professional. Dr. Kaufman is really nice and fully of information and always asked if i had any questions or concerns. Daniel the young woman who did my deep cleaning made me feel at ease because she sensed I was nervous and she was amazing and did a wonderful job. I was so impressed I told 4 coworkers about this place and they asked for their information so they could make an appointment as well.
