About 2nd Street Dental LLC
Based on East 2nd Street in Casper, Wyoming, 2nd Street Dental LLC is a dental practice serving the area. A dental implant replaces a missing tooth at the root, not just the crown — a small titanium post is placed in the jaw bone and, once it has integrated over a period of months, a replacement tooth is attached to it. It is generally the most durable option for a single missing tooth or several.
A veneer is a thin custom shell bonded to the front of a tooth to change its shape, length, or colour, most often used to address chips, gaps, or discoloration that whitening alone cannot fix. Traditional veneers require a small amount of enamel to be removed, which makes the change permanent.
Cosmetic dentistry covers treatment aimed primarily at appearance — whitening, veneers, bonding, and reshaping among the more common options — for patients who are less concerned with a problem that hurts than with how their smile looks day to day. The right combination depends on what specifically you would like to change.
Root canal treatment removes infected or inflamed tissue from inside a tooth, cleans and seals the space, and allows the natural tooth to be kept rather than extracted. Its reputation for being painful is largely outdated — carried out under local anaesthetic, it typically relieves pain rather than causing it.
A crown covers an entire damaged tooth — used when too much structure is missing for a filling to hold reliably, whether from a large fracture, extensive decay, or after root canal treatment. It restores both the shape and the biting strength of the tooth underneath.
A bridge replaces one or more missing teeth by anchoring a false tooth to crowns placed on the teeth either side of the gap, creating a fixed replacement rather than a removable one. It is a longstanding alternative to an implant, particularly when the neighbouring teeth already need crowns. Dental Implants
Dental implants replace missing teeth with a post set in the jaw and topped with a custom crown, restoring chewing function and limiting bone loss.
Veneers
Porcelain veneers are thin, custom shells bonded to the front of the teeth to address chips, gaps, and discoloration as part of a smile plan.
Cosmetic Dentistry
Cosmetic dentistry at 2nd Street Dental LLC improves the appearance of a smile through treatments such as whitening and veneers, planned around each patient's goals.
Root Canal Treatment
Root canal treatment removes infected tissue from inside a tooth, relieving pain and saving a tooth that might otherwise need extraction.

Went there today and im never going anywhere else!!! Miranda and Paige were the best and they explained everything to me and very understanding
Absolutely awful. Got my teeth cleaned and it didn’t even seem like they were clean afterwards. The lady was so rough and her breath was horrible. Do not get your teeth cleaned here. Better yet don’t get any work done here. Overpriced and the lady who cleaned my teeth was extremely rude. 0/10
The staff are all top notch and always ready to help. I love dr chronics.
The team of 2nd street dental is the most gentle and caring team, Doctor Miranda explains everything to you ,if you are having a problem she explains what to do for instance I had Gingivitis she gave me a mirror to show the damage, recommended not to brush the tooth, until the Gingivitis cleared up, asked what toothpaste I used and mouthwash said it could have been something I ate. took her advice and have not had any pain after the visit . Andi is good at helping with problems , such as dehydration , causes more cavities. She gave me a list of things to help with the dehydration. Dr. Miranda is so gentle, I do not need to have my mouth numbed I do not feel anything when she gives me fillings. Thank you all for being kind. Taylor, Anndi, Paiton , Sammie, Halie, Brittany. Fixed my Denture partial, it is so much better. Very smooth and comfortable easier to put in now. Josie was very helpful telling me to breathe in and out to help with the denture being in my mouth so it could be repaired. Thank you DR. Miranda for mentioning getting it fixed. am always greatful for the advice my mouth always feels better afterwards. Wish would of had you for a Dentist before would probably still have all of my teeth. Thank you again, took only minutes to Pick up the denture, After it was repaired. Sammie and Haile are very helpful and kind at the front Desk.
Was told my Medicaid would run out when I hit 21, it ran out when I turned 19 instead, this was days after getting my tooth pulled. One of the four I needed, the three left will now not be coming out, as I would be financially ruined by the cost, thank you so much for teaching me a valuable lesson. Excellent service aside from that.
After not being to the dentist for about 5 years, I was SO nervous today. I almost cried, nervous. The ladies here took time to explain what they were going to do, showing me their instruments and made sure I was okay and comfortable. By the end of my appointment I was feeling good! Not nervous at all anymore! It was fast, questions I had were answered. Welcoming environment, and payment was easy too! I am definitely less nervous for future appointments and will recommend them for dental care! 🦷😁
Dr Miranda and the staff are friendly, professional and welcoming. They explain everything thoroughly. I had the same dentist for 20 years that I thought was the best . After his retirement , friends referred me to 2nd street and I now can honestly say this office is the best . I won’t go anywhere else.
2nd street dental is amazing! The staff is always friendly and professional. Dr. Miranda is extremely knowledgeable and explains everything throughout the appointment. She is the nicest and most compassionate person I’ve ever met! This whole office does outstanding work! I’ve never had an experience that wasn’t pleasant. The dental assistant I had was really awesome too!
