As a new client I was treated very well cared for and will most definitely be coming back also would recommend this Dental Office to everyone I know that you to all the staff that helped and cared for my conditions.

This has to be the best dentist office in Wichita ks. The whole staff are very friendly and caring, especially Kaitlyn and Courtney were amazing and the dentist was excellent while extracting a tooth.

The staff made me feel comfortable and took the time to explain everything clearly, which really helped put me at ease. The office was clean, modern, and well organized, and the dentist was thorough, gentle, and genuinely cared about making sure I had a great experience. I never felt rushed, and they answered all of my questions with patience. If you’re looking for a dental office with outstanding customer service and quality care, I highly recommend 316 Dental. For those of you not in the know I'm both on the Autisim spectrum and suffer from complex post traumatic stress disorder, So making appointments, getting checked out by medical professionals, and generally being seen and visible when trying to take better care of myself has been an uphill battle for the better half of twenty years. With 316 Dental however? My Struggle mattered to them. What I've experienced and what I've been through only mattered as far to them as to how they can help me through my struggle and be the person I want to be. There was no Judgement, there was no shame, only quiet understanding and Validation about the struggle of life I've been through and a genuine desire to provide both care, and comfort during my stay. The reception staff are well trained, thoughtful, professional and charming, giving a warm, Vibrant and welcoming atmosphere when you walk into the lobby. The Oral Hygienists and Dentists proper have a wealth of experience that exceeds far beyond their years, leading to compassionate, thoughtful, and comforting workers who know how to care for those who find the stress of these manner of visits overwhelming and unpredictable. I was given constant reassurance, if I was uncomfortable they would stop and allow me time to process my emotions and how I feel before ASKING if I want to continue, Not forcing me through the procedures and making them feel, ultimately, like it was my choice and I was in control of the environment, which for people with disabilities like my own are half the battle. Even now three hours after my appointment I feel a sense of pride, accomplishment, and dare I even say; confidence that I've been sorely missing for almost half of my life. 316 Dental? You guys are beyond words, Thank you for everything you've done for me and I'm honestly looking forward to seeing you all for my next appointment, because I know I'll always be in capable, dependable, professional, and Loving hands. I take my mom to 316Dental and she (and I) absolutely love them! The front desk personnel are so friendly and accommodating! The dental assistants are superb! The ladies treat my mom so good! They do what she needs and between the assistants and Dentist (A.J.), she gets what is needed. Process takes time, but that is expected when dental work is required! We love them enough that I am switching myself and spouse to here!

This is by far the best experience I have had with a Dentist and Team! AJ truly cares about his patients. I am having major dental work and Doctar AJ always makes sure I'm doing alright and not in pain! He even calls later that evening to check up on how I am doing! I have NEVER had a Doctor care that much about his patients. I will never go anywhere but to 316 Dental.

I needed some work and got a broken tooth which made it difficult to chew or eat without feeling discomfort. I was extremely anxious about seeing a dentist due to financial and general anxieties so I was extremely overdue to see a dentist. I saw someone online recommend 316Dental and they got me in fast for the appointment! Dr. AJ is amazing! He is a direct, honest, yet extremely kind! He suggested treatments I needed but was never pushy about anything but did stress his worry was my overall oral health. Ms. LaToya was extremely kind and helped me feel better about my anxieties. I was able to get the immediate remedy for my tooth and got great advice. This office will now be the only dental office I want to come to. All the staff were so kind. I'm so grateful I came here. I recommend them 1000%. If you're anxious or worried, please know you're in good hands at this office. Thank you so much again. I cannot emphasize enough how grateful I am for the whole experience.
