Rarely do you scramble to find a last minute dentist who can perform the impossible and end up with a dentist you never want to leave. That was my experience with 360. I was going to Costa Rica in 2 weeks. I needed an extraction and then post and crown down before that... I still have no idea how they did it. I've been with them for 3+ years since then. They know patients names and stories and quirks and they're just wonderful. My teeth have had excellent care. Sadly my insurance is changing and they are no longer covered. I hope this is a very temporary thing as dentists in my area of Philly are not usually top notch but 360 absolutely is and I hope to be able to return to them soon.
I visited Dr. Mikhail Sitkovetskiy for a consultation about an implant placed abroad several years ago and some current problems with the crown. Both Dr. Mikhail Sitkovetskiy and his dental assistant were very pleasant, attentive, and professional. I received a clear explanation of my situation and a treatment plan. What I appreciated most was that the doctor was honest and straightforward. He explained things realistically and did not try to pressure me into anything. It was a very good consultation, and I felt comfortable and well taken care of.
The staff are incredibly kind and took the time to address my fears and concerns, making me feel comfortable every step of the way. Dentist is very knowledgeable and Patience , especially since I was so anxious! They explained everything clearly and did a wonderful job—I’m really happy with my results and would highly recommend them, especially if you get nervous about dental visits.

She is absolutely wonderful—so kind, patient, and efficient. She made the check-in process seamless and really went out of her way to make sure I felt comfortable and informed. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality at a dental office, and her positive energy sets the tone for the entire visit. The office itself is pristine and modern, and the clinical team is just as impressive. They are thorough, gentle, and take the time to explain everything clearly. If you’re looking for a dental practice that combines top-tier care with a friendly, stress-free environment, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful first time experience. I was greeted by the lovely Jessica and I barely had to wait to get taken to the back. Everyone was knowledgeable. I don’t have insurance and Natalie was great at weighing my options for payment plans. I highly recommend!
My smile is complete! No complaints. The ladies in front were very helpful and patient with my hectic schedule always ready to accommodate making the “dentist” experience a little more pleasant. Thanks Ladies 🦷🤩
