The team at 405 Dental was absolutely awesome!!! The receptionist was friendly, very helpful in helping get checked in and explained payment options. The dental assistant Mackenzie was quick and very good during my exam. Dr. Jeffery was great. He took time to explain my exams and gave me three options to decide how to move forward. No pressure and made me feel like I have been coming to his office for years.

The staff is so friendly and professional. Devon at the front desk really knows her stuff, and she made me feel so welcome. Dr. Kooper did a wonderful job explaining treatment options and answering all my questions. I will definitely be back!

Smiling with teeth again thanks to 405! I chipped my front tooth a few months ago, went to my general dentist where he made it worse my grinding down my tooth making it look slanted. My general dentist told me it was too small of an area to fix with bonding and it was not noticeable. I tried to live with it but I stopped smiling with my teeth and developed an insecurity. It finally bothered me enough so I started looking for a cosmetic dentist, I paid $25 for a virtual consultation with another cosmetic dentist HARA and was told the only solution was to get veneers that would cost thousands of dollars. She said she could do bonding to fix but the price would be the same and it would not last and the veneers would be thicker than the rest of my teeth) I of course spiraled and thought my smiled was ruined. I started to looking for another opinion because that seemed like an insane solution. My dental hygienist friend suggested I consult with 405 to see if they could help me. They called me the next day to come in for a FREE in person consult (another cosmetic dentist wanted to charge me $105 just for the consult and I was hesitant to spend anymore to be told there was no simple fix). My visit to the office was great! Everyone was friendly and the office smelled like a vacation resort. They took pictures and X-rays. They do display them in the room on a large TV for you to see. Dr. Kooper reviewed my case and said it could be fixed with bonding and cost would be nowhere near the thousands the other cosmetic dentist told me it would cost. I was very happy with the price and he did the bonding during the same visit. I’m aware the bonding will not last forever but the price is reasonable enough to get it fixed when needed. Dr. Kooper gave me the confidence to smile again! I am very happy and will return for cosmetic help. Unfortunately I live on the other side of town and may not make sense for general dentistry just yet. I’m also grateful that they only focused on the issue I came in for and did not try to upsell me or point out other areas of my smile that may need more work. Don’t waste your time or money with other cosmetic dentist and see 405 first!

Went in for my first dental appointment in 5 years! I was nervous like most people would be. Dr. Kooper and his team made the experience very comfortable, i was offered a drink the moment i walked in the door. The dental assistant Victoria and Dr. Kooper did an excellent job. I would recommend everyone to give them a try!

I've been seeing Dr. Kooper for my dental care, and I couldn't be happier. Dr. Kooper and the staff are always friendly, welcoming, and make every visit a great experience. The office is clean, organized, super cute, and modern. It has such a warm, inviting atmosphere that makes going to the dentist so much more enjoyable. I always feel well taken care of and would definitely recommend Dr. Kooper to anyone looking for a great dentist!!

So happy I found this place! Looked them up for gum contouring and they were one of the only places that popped up specifically offering it. Super easy to schedule a virtual consultation and initial appointment - incredibly friendly staff and Dr. Kooper was very generous with his time and explaining all my options - never made me feel rushed or feel annoying for asking a million questions about a cosmetic procedure I was unfamiliar with and a little nervous about. Took tons of pictures, explained the process, helped me stay in my budget and didn't pressure me to go beyond it, and I'm really happy with my results!

Came looking for a new dentist, left with my most favorite dentist and staff. Review left entirely voluntarily, with no Novocaine in my system. To be clear, no one REALLY wants to go to the dentist. And yet, somehow, I now look forward to my appointments more than most dinner reservations. Something has gone terribly, wonderfully right here. The office is spotless, calming, and equipped with technology I'm fairly certain NASA is still waiting on its procurement approval for. It's like a cross between a Scandinavian design studio and a spaceship. Dr. Kooper didn't just address my initial tooth; he explained the entire process and answered all questions with patience and warmth. In addition, he took the time to fully explain, complete with impressive visual examples, how my teeth, jaw, and bite impact many other concerns I've had. I understand my own mouth thoroughly for the first time in *ahem* years. He also is available anytime if you have concerns or urgent issues, and he really means that. The staff is THE BEST! Professional, friendly, and engaging. Great banter and laughter. Everyone genuinely cares about you and your comfort. I don't want to say these people are my friends (I'm not that lady), but I do wave bye like it is the last day of summer camp. Five stars. Zero caveats. Would let them near my teeth again without a single dramatic sigh.
