About 405 Dental Aesthetics | OKC

405 Dental Aesthetics | OKC operates on North Rockwell Avenue in the Northwest Oklahoma City area of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. A veneer is a thin custom shell bonded to the front of a tooth to change its shape, length, or colour, most often used to address chips, gaps, or discoloration that whitening alone cannot fix. Traditional veneers require a small amount of enamel to be removed, which makes the change permanent.

Day-to-day oral health still comes down to the basics between visits — brushing twice daily with fluoride toothpaste, cleaning between the teeth, and limiting how often sugary food and drink appear through the day matters more than the total amount eaten at once. Regular professional care is what catches whatever those habits do not.

Digital X-rays are a routine part of dental care because they show what a visual exam alone cannot — decay forming between teeth, bone loss below the gumline, and how developing adult teeth are positioned in children. They use a low radiation dose and are taken on a schedule matched to individual risk rather than at every single visit.

Left untreated, small dental problems tend not to stay small. A minor cavity that would have been a straightforward filling can progress to needing root canal treatment and a crown, and early gum inflammation that would have reversed with a good cleaning can progress toward bone loss around the teeth. Catching things early is generally the difference in both effort and cost.

Continuity matters in dental care — seeing the same practice over time means your history, X-rays, and any patterns in your oral health are already on file, rather than starting from scratch at each visit. That familiarity is part of what a regular dental home offers beyond any single appointment.

Dental anxiety is common, and most practices are used to working with nervous patients — through clear explanations of what is about to happen, a slower pace where needed, and sedation options for patients who want them. Avoiding the dentist out of anxiety tends to make eventual treatment more involved, not less. Frequently Asked Questions

Where is 405 Dental Aesthetics | OKC located in Oklahoma City?
405 Dental Aesthetics | OKC is on North Rockwell Avenue in the Northwest Oklahoma City area of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma (73142).
What days is 405 Dental Aesthetics | OKC open?
405 Dental Aesthetics | OKC is open Monday through Friday. Contact the practice through this page to confirm current appointment times before travelling.
What services does 405 Dental Aesthetics | OKC offer?
Listed services at 405 Dental Aesthetics | OKC include Veneers. The full list is shown on this page.
Can you whiten veneers?
No. Veneers hold the shade they were made in and do not respond to whitening gel, which is why any whitening of your natural teeth is normally done before veneers are made and matched.
Do veneers ruin your natural teeth?
Traditional veneers require a thin layer of enamel to be removed, which is irreversible — the tooth will always need to be covered afterward. Some minimal-preparation options remove less, and whether they suit you depends on the starting position of the teeth.
What causes bad breath and can a dentist help?
Persistent bad breath most often comes from bacteria on the tongue and around the gumline, and gum disease is a frequent underlying cause. Because it is usually oral in origin, a dental examination is a sensible first step.

I've been seeing Dr. Kooper for my dental care, and I couldn't be happier. Dr. Kooper and the staff are always friendly, welcoming, and make every visit a great experience. The office is clean, organized, super cute, and modern. It has such a warm, inviting atmosphere that makes going to the dentist so much more enjoyable. I always feel well taken care of and would definitely recommend Dr. Kooper to anyone looking for a great dentist!!

So happy I found this place! Looked them up for gum contouring and they were one of the only places that popped up specifically offering it. Super easy to schedule a virtual consultation and initial appointment - incredibly friendly staff and Dr. Kooper was very generous with his time and explaining all my options - never made me feel rushed or feel annoying for asking a million questions about a cosmetic procedure I was unfamiliar with and a little nervous about. Took tons of pictures, explained the process, helped me stay in my budget and didn't pressure me to go beyond it, and I'm really happy with my results!

Came looking for a new dentist, left with my most favorite dentist and staff. Review left entirely voluntarily, with no Novocaine in my system. To be clear, no one REALLY wants to go to the dentist. And yet, somehow, I now look forward to my appointments more than most dinner reservations. Something has gone terribly, wonderfully right here. The office is spotless, calming, and equipped with technology I'm fairly certain NASA is still waiting on its procurement approval for. It's like a cross between a Scandinavian design studio and a spaceship. Dr. Kooper didn't just address my initial tooth; he explained the entire process and answered all questions with patience and warmth. In addition, he took the time to fully explain, complete with impressive visual examples, how my teeth, jaw, and bite impact many other concerns I've had. I understand my own mouth thoroughly for the first time in *ahem* years. He also is available anytime if you have concerns or urgent issues, and he really means that. The staff is THE BEST! Professional, friendly, and engaging. Great banter and laughter. Everyone genuinely cares about you and your comfort. I don't want to say these people are my friends (I'm not that lady), but I do wave bye like it is the last day of summer camp. Five stars. Zero caveats. Would let them near my teeth again without a single dramatic sigh.

I had consultations at four different places before finding 405 Dental Aesthetics, and from the moment I walked in, this office felt different. Dr. and staff were incredibly professional, welcoming, and took the time to truly listen to my concerns instead of making me feel rushed. They went above and beyond. I am forever grateful for that! You can genuinely tell this is someone with real talent and an eye for aesthetics. For the first time in a long time, I left feeling excited and hopeful about my smile instead of nervous. I’m so grateful I found a doctor I actually trust and can’t wait to start this journey toward my new smile!

This is the best dental place I’ve ever experienced in America. I had three molar extractions here, and everything was amazing from the beginning. Since the registration process, Dr. Kooper-Ruminer’s team was very nice and welcoming. They explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Kooper-Ruminer’s team was also very soft-spoken and easy to understand. I really appreciated that because English is my second language, and they spoke patiently and clearly. And Dr. Kooper-Ruminer is truly the best. During the extraction, I felt no pain at all. Even on the first day after the procedure, I had no pain and absolutely no swelling. By the second day, I was already feeling normal, and my husband was even surprised by how well I recovered. Thank you so much, Dr. Kooper-Ruminer and team. Highly recommended!
