Absolutely brilliant informative and reassuring .

I cannot thank everyone at 44 Dental Care enough. After being left in severe pain by my own dentist, who basically told me there was nothing they could do and that I just had to wait for an oral surgon, I was feeling desperate. I spent days making phone calls trying to find someone who could help, and eventually I was referred to 44 Dental Care. The first person I spoke to was Debra, and she was absolutely amazing. She listened with genuine compassion and understanding. She explained that referrals can sometimes take a little while to be reviewed, but because she could hear how much pain I was in, she promised to call me back. True to her word, she rang me back within minutes and offered me an appointment within a week. I could honestly have cried with relief. She also took the time to reassure me, explain what would happen at my appointment, and tell me who would be treating me. When I arrived on 08/07, Debra remembered me from our phone conversation and was just as kind and welcoming in person. Dr. Surendra Shenoy and his colleague were equally wonderful. I was incredibly anxious and definitely a bit of a cry baby, but they were so patient, kind and reassuring throughout. They never once made me feel silly or embarrassed. The tooth extraction itself was quick and professional. I had been warned to expect pain, bruising and swelling afterwards, but thanks to surgon's skill I experienced none of that. I only took two painkillers as a precaution, following the instructions I was given, and I've had no pain since. Tooth extractions are never pleasant, but if one has to be done, I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you to the whole team for your kindness, professionalism and outstanding care. If you ever open up a list for new NHS patients, I'll be first in the queue to register!

I would recommend this practice to anyone . If your a nervous patient , rest assured you will be made to feel relaxed by all the staff . I had an awful lot of work done ranging from fillings , teeth out and bridge all done by Al . The receptionist Debbie couldn't be more helpful .

I have been a customer of Leicester 44 Dental Care for a few years and have always received excellent treatment. The team is friendly, professional, and makes every visit comfortable and stress-free. The dentist takes the time to explain everything clearly and provides great care. I would highly recommend Leicester 44 Dental Care to anyone looking for a reliable and caring dental practice.

Law suit on the way !!!! RUDEEEEEE Choose other dental practice if you value your teeth and you have self respect !!! Rude , demeaning , degrading , extremely disrespectful and hostile attitude from the moment I walked into the room . Few sentences that left the dentist mouth . Put that down and sit in this chair ‘You should have been here 10 mins before ur appointment’ ( I said nobody told me I have to be there 10 mins before I have been told to be there on time as consultation is 20mins long and next one is at 10 to 12 today ! ) I am accused of calling everyone a liar as I wasn’t told to be there 10 mins before ‘I think best is if we terminate this appointment’ You rolled your eyes therefore you questioning my skills ! WHAT ??? I have never felt like an uneducated and stupid 12 year old girl in my dental practice, Anstey Family Dental care! I am disgusted and angry and I will be taking legal actions against this dental practice ! Receptionist lady was brilliant . I am a human being and this is not the way to talk to people and make them feel like they’re nothing

Tooth extraction of a moler. Had grown into my sinuses. Having had some harrowing times at previous dentist I was quite worried. But this place was fantastic other than the needle no pain what so ever. Very nice staff all throughout from entrance to exit. Id pay private to go here anytime. Thank you to all the team at 44 dental you restored my faith.

I can't begin to describe how amazing my experience has been with 44 Dental Care. I am terrified of the dentist and I was put at ease instantly by Debra and throughout my appointments with Dr S Shenoy. I was referred due to 3 teeth that needed removing. Debra was so kind to help me as soon as I called to get booked in and on 2 separate visits with Dr Shenoy, he was amazing, reassured me before we even began the procedure. Constantly asking if I was ok, saying what he was going to do next. Just constant reassurance throughout. Also the Dental Assistants both time were amazing of course, again reassuring, very informative for the after care. As I said before I can begin to describe how lovely and kind this place is and would 1000% recommend for anyone receiving treatment. Thank you Debra and Dr Shenoy. I am pain free at last.

I chipped my teeth in an accident. I was seen within a few hours of ringing up, they put me at ease, reassured me that no long term damage. I attended a couple of weeks later for the repair. Amazing correction work, to repair my damaged teeth, you wouldn’t be able to tell they’ve been repaired it’s that amazing. Thank you so much ☺️
