I was dealing with bad teeth for awhile and I finally decided to give 4mdental a call. That was the best call I could have made, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I had my first consultation with Anna,she explained all options before I had my dental exam to see if I was able to have dental implants . I met with Dr.Phil who was very friendly and professional he also explained the options that were available to me. There was no pressure placed on me at all. After a few days I finally made the decision to have it done, I met with Dr.Athena who preformed the implants surgery she explained the entire procedure to me and put me completely at ease. She is the best and I would highly recommend her,Dr.Phil and the entire staff at 4mdental of Long Beach. Thank you for such great care.

I procrastinated so long to make a decision To get the dental implants and now I wish I would’ve made this decision Sooner. Doctor Athena made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole procedure as she still there for me now I encourage you if you’re thinking about it do it you will not regret it

The first initial phone calls, Annette ⁶and Melissa were so pleasant, upbeat and helpful the world could have ended and I was happy. I truly looked forward to coming in. Then once in the reception area, Tyler was professional, sweet, and completely helpful setting me at ease so that I looked forward to starting the process of 4M DENTAL giving me my smile and enjoyment of life back. The beautiful lady helping me through extensive information could not have been more patient, thorough and made the experience enjoyable. I must include the wonderful technician who took care of X-rays was actually fun to be around. It could have gone for 2 days and the enjoyment of her pleasant assistance made me comfortable I was in an intelligent, educated, professional office. The doctor, absolutely great guy, gave me all the confidence I'd been looking for. Thank you to all.

4M Dental Implant Center ROCKS!!! Beginning with Miss Alexis, over the phone scheduling my Consultation to just entering their offices and work space. So clean, bright, everyone greets you with a huge smile, as if you've been apart of the 4M Family for many years. Anna, Luis and Dr. Sean, say no more. The Man is a Master, a wizard of the Art of generating a whole new you and a brand new Smile. I walked in at 9:30am for my appointment and I feel as though I departed a whole new Man at 11:45am, with the mission to become one of few, the proud, A Client of 4M Dental. Thank you everyone 💓

This is my favorite dental office I have ever been to. I always feel so welcome with all of the staff treating my like a friend at every visit. I got replacement crowns for my implants here a few years ago and they are so so much better than my previous ones. I definitely gained more confidence with the new set. Andrea Palmer the hygienist always make sure to keep them clean and looking great every time I come in for a cleaning. She does a fantastic job and is very good at her job. I actually enjoy going to the dentist now because of this office. Highly recommend!

4M Dental Review A year and a half ago I walked through the doors of 4M Dental and started what is now the biggest regret of my life. This place truly is only after your dollars and by no means are they after offering a quality product or quality service. The front reception desk were the only consistently polite people working there. I guess that is worth the one star I have to give. I spent almost $40,000 to have all of my teeth crowned. Paid cash. They kept wanting more money for this and for that. Don’t think this is a smiling in a day kind of place because it took over one year of me sitting in their dental chair time after time after time, sometime left sitting for long periods of time, being fitted, re-fitted and re-fitted again, pressured into accepting a product when they have you in so much pain and frustration…. But boy do they pressure you to sign to accept their sub-par product that isn’t what you made clear you wanted, being treated so rude by their office staff right on up to the lead educator Dr. Goodarzi (yes, this is a school and you should realize this - I felt this was part of the problem, but she is a great teacher of lies and arrogance) dentist herself. She’s very confrontational. After being lied to so many times I wanted to start recording my visits but she put a stop to that immediately. They have you sign a waiver that allows them to record you, but they will not allow you to record them probably because they know they’re going to lie to you often. I have never been lied to by so many people in one office and I’m talking from the very 1st day I walked in. Anna, their “sales person” lies right through her teeth, and continues to do so time and time again. Sherry, one of the dental assistance, just makes things up to appease you with an answer which bit me in the backside down the road & on top of that has a need to make unnecessary rude remarks. Their office manager, she’s a total joke and truly very unprofessional. They do have one decent Dr on staff, Dr Phil. But he is under Dr Goodarzi and has to follow her poor lead and decisions. He once told me “I would just do it but I have people above me that I have to answer to”. He would be good in his own practice, but working for this place - his abilities were being very limited. So I hope that you will take my experience in this review as a reality check and lesson - Please go somewhere else. I really wish I did! Having their crowns in my mouth for less than a year now, I have ended up with three crowns that have chipped and one was left so high it caused one of my roots to fracture which now needs an implant to replace it. But of course they only wanted $6000 more to fix that ONE tooth. Please, don’t go through what I went through here and find someplace else.

I have had the best experience at 4M Dental Long Beach. I have been seen by Dr Phil Konopa. He creates the most beautiful crowns on my top arch. He has transformed my smile, with true dedication and eye for detail. He is kind, a great listener, and the best dentist I have worked with. His team is sharp, friendly and experts at their jobs.
