I had a filling replaced today and felt it was worth leaving a review because Dr. Sivinari is exceptional at what he does. He takes a conservative approach and focuses on preserving as much natural tooth structure as possible. That level of care matters and provides real peace of mind knowing the work is being done the right way. No one enjoys having dental work done, but it makes a big difference when you’re treated by someone you trust. Dr. Sivinari is calm, precise, and intentional in his work. Dental procedures can be stressful, and his approach and attention to detail go a long way in making the experience straightforward and manageable. He is the only dentist I trust in the state of Tennessee. His staff and hygienists are equally impressive — professional, efficient, and consistently high quality. If you’re looking for a dentist who is conservative, detail-oriented, and takes real pride in his work, Dr. Sivinari is the best I’ve found.

Absolutely wonderful practice! Everyone was very welcoming and helpful. I am thankful to have found this team to take care of my dental care. Great people, facility, and equipment!

They are very nice but they recommended a lot of very expensive work that I didn't need. They then did a procedure on my wife and the hygienist dropped an instrument on her face and never apologized. And I think something else happened during the procedure that made her want to go to another dentist. Anyway we went to a new (very respected) dentist who said we didn't need any of the dental work that was recommended. So maybe get a second opinion if they recommend a lot of expensive fixes like crowns etc.

I have never had such a pleasant experience during a dental appointment!! I just moved to the area and found 615 Smile on google, I called and talked to Paige a few separate times and her attitude on the phone made me excited about coming here. She was just as awesome in person and I was happy to see that the rest of the staff was just as welcoming and kind. My teeth also feel and look so much better after my cleaning. The dentist heard me out on my cosmetic concerns of my smile and built a plan out for me that I’m excited for. I would recommend them to absolutely everybody, 10/10

Your office can be summed up in one word "Amazing". I experienced amazing results yesterday. You guys were so nice and assuring right from the beginning. I actually feel that I have found my Dental Heros. I am scheduled to come back soon and i've never in my life been eager to enter a dentist's office, however, with the results I had yesterday, I'm so excited to experience more of the same.
