About 65 Broadway Dental
65 Broadway Dental is a general dentistry practice on East 60th Street in the Midtown East area of Manhattan, New York. The office provides everyday dental care for adults in a modern, well-equipped setting, convenient to both nearby residents and people working in the surrounding Midtown district.
General dentistry forms the foundation of the practice. Comprehensive examinations, professional cleanings, tooth-colored fillings, and monitoring for tooth decay and gum disease keep teeth and gums healthy. Consistent preventive visits are the most dependable way to catch small problems early, before they need more involved treatment.
The practice places clear emphasis on a calm, unhurried visit. The team explains each step of treatment, reviews findings with patients using X-rays and imaging so they can see what is being discussed, and works carefully rather than rushing — an approach that matters for patients who feel anxious or sensitive about dental care.
Treatment is carried out with attention to comfort, including careful technique with anesthesia so that procedures stay as painless as possible. The office is also transparent about treatment and cost, so patients understand what is recommended and why before care begins.
The practice is set up as a long-term dental home, the kind of office patients return to year after year for consistent, familiar care.
A new-patient visit usually begins with a thorough examination and cleaning, with any findings discussed clearly before further treatment is planned.
For patients building a long-term relationship with a dental office, the combination of routine preventive care and a calm, clearly-explained visit is what keeps checkups on schedule year after year rather than postponed until a problem forces the issue.

This was my first time there and the staff was very friendly. I arrived half an hour before my appointment and they gave me my pass shortly after and everything was very quick. It's worth noting that everything looks very clean and I'm looking forward to returning for my appointment in 6 months.
Al Dental Studio offers a wonderful experience—excellent, high-level professionals with 30 years of experience, state-of-the-art technology, and a warm, family-like atmosphere, all in the best area of Manhattan and at the best prices. I am still in the process of getting my implants, but I am confident the outcome will be successful.
Excellent service. From the moment you walk in, the staff is very friendly. Regardless of your oral health condition, they make you feel comfortable. I highly recommend it.
A very good experience, they treated me very well.
Update — August 11, 2026: My certified written demand was delivered on August 5, and its five-calendar-day deadline expired on August 10 without a refund or further substantive response. Despite multiple prior written cancellation requests, I also received another appointment notice for August 13 that I did not authorize and have again cancelled in writing. I am requesting cancellation of the proposed orthodontic treatment and return of the prepaid funds, not alternative treatment or account credit. The dispute remains unresolved as of this update. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Original: I first became a patient of this practice in 2022, when it operated as 65 Broadway Dental. In February 2025, I made a substantial cash prepayment toward proposed orthodontic treatment. Before treatment began, the practice instructed me in writing to complete wisdom-tooth extractions first. I never received aligners, braces, attachments, retainers, or any other orthodontic appliance. When I later requested cancellation and a refund, the practice refused. It provided X-rays and a Clinical Report, but not the complete signed treatment and financial agreements, page 2 of the treatment plan, the patient ledger, the original cash-payment record, or an itemized accounting supporting retention of the payment. The treatment plan provided to me is marked “Page 1 of 2” and lists an estimated guarantor portion of $3,250. The Clinical Report lists the orthodontic consultation at $0 and contains only the brief orthodontic notation “Started ortho scan.” The records provided did not document completion or submission of the scan, a laboratory order, manufacture of an orthodontic appliance, or related third-party expense. The practice later formally denied my refund request, stating that prepaid treatment funds and deposits are non-refundable, while offering to apply my account balance toward orthodontic or other dental services instead. The denial did not provide the complete signed non-refundable agreement, patient ledger, cash-payment record, exact accounting of the balance, or itemized basis for retaining the entire prepaid amount.
Buyer Beware: Deceptive Insurance Practices-- I have never written a negative business review before, but my experience at AL Dental Studio has forced my hand. I was informed that I needed a root canal and a crown. The attendant explicitly reassured me that the procedure was in-network, as it was when I visited the prior location. However, they requested that I pay $2,875.00 upfront, claiming they were undergoing a "re-credentialing" process due to an office move. I was promised insurance would provide a full reimbursement "in a couple of weeks" at the in-network rate. This was entirely false. My insurance company processed the claim as out-of-network. When I confronted the office, they told me they would resubmit the paperwork and advised me not to cash any insurance checks. After weeks of radio silence, I called my insurance provider directly and discovered the truth: the treating dentist, Dr. Ibragimov, is completely out-of-network. Instead of owning up to their misrepresentation, AL Dental Studio has refused to return my calls. If they called me and apologized and offered to split the difference, I would not be writing this. But they didn’t. Because they have chosen to ghost me rather than resolve their error, I am currently taking legal action against them. (Fortunately for me, I am an attorney). Avoid this practice at all costs.
I have to say that my experience at Dental Studio has been fantastic. The treatment I received from the moment I walked through the door was so warm and friendly. I don't regret taking the initiative to become their patient at all. My dental treatment is going very well! I would definitely choose them again. Thank you so much for your attention, which makes me feel so comfortable... Sincerely, Escorche, a satisfied patient
I had an excellent experience at AL Dental, located at 30 East 60th Street, Suite 608 in New York. From the moment I walked in, the office felt welcoming, clean, professional, and well organized. The staff was courteous, attentive, and made the entire visit smooth and comfortable. The dental care was outstanding. Everything was explained clearly, the service was thoughtful, and I felt genuinely cared for throughout the appointment. It is rare to find a dental office that combines professionalism, kindness, patience, and high-quality care so well. I highly recommend AL Dental to anyone looking for a trustworthy, modern, and compassionate dental practice in New York City. Truly a 5-star experience.
Excellent service and all the employees are very friendly. Att: William Canela
Top quality care across the board! Touched pretty much every tooth and the fix feels great and best part is pain so far (knock wood) hasn't lasted for days. Highly recommend!
Honestly one of the best dental experiences I’ve had. Everyone was kind, patient, and welcoming. The procedure was smooth, and they made sure I was comfortable the whole time. You can tell they truly care about their patients. Thank you again!
