7 Day Dental

The worst experience. The Dr kept asking for items and the dental assistance kept saying it's being used by someone else and we are waiting to get it. During my root canal. Total of 7 items that she didn't have and we had to wait while in the MIDDLE of my procedure!!

Wow. The team here at 7th Day Dental is fantastic. Well managed, friendly and professional. A well oiled machine. My hygienist Holy was gentle and kind and the whole gang was super accommodating. Elizabeth pushed through some authorizations and fitted me for my partial ahead of time so I could receive it by my birthday. Just in general these are caring professionals. I highly recommend Dr. kim , Holy and the whole team. I never thought I'd say this, but I CAN'T WAIT TO GO BACK TO THE DENTIST! (THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH)

New patient and informed front desk that I’m currently pregnant and would be declining xrays. They kept insisting on me getting xrays and told me about three times that I needed them since I was a new patient. To which I declined all three and asked for a visual assessment and cleaning. My question is would they themselves expose themselves to radiation being pregnant or was it to use the maximum on my insurance and didn’t have any regard for my current state. I don’t recommend them

The dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth was the best dentist I’ve ever been to. I meant to ask his name again before I left. He made me feel so comfortable and at ease, when normally I have severe anxiety about dental visits. He took his time and talked the whole time which definitely helped me keep my mind off of the procedure.

I’ve never had a bad experience at 7 Day Dental on Euclid and Anaheim. Every time I go in, I end up liking whichever dentist I see so much that I want to book with that same dentist again for my next appointment. But if my schedule changes and I have to go on a different day, I end up seeing someone new — and then I want that dentist again too. That’s honestly how good they all are. Everyone I’ve seen has been kind, friendly, and easy to talk to. They explain everything clearly, make you feel comfortable, and always have a great sense of humor. They joke, laugh, and make the whole experience much less stressful. I’ve also never had any problems with any of the dental work I’ve had done. Overall, always a great experience.

Before attending my dentist appointment today, I was feeling quite nervous. However, Dr. J and Manny made the entire experience much more comfortable. They both did an amazing job during the procedure and made sure I felt at ease the whole time. Their professionalism, patience, and care really stood out. I truly appreciate how well they took care of me today and would highly recommend. Thank you !

I went for a recall exam and cleaning , the hygienist was attentive, very soft with her hands, and very caring! Dr.Lim was also amazing at answering all my questions I had. However there was a RDA that wasn’t so pleasant , Dr. Lim wanted a intra oral photo of the crack that is on my tooth that’s causing discoloration and a cavity/pain on my tooth #19 she came in complaining about the lip gloss/chapstick that I had on because my lips were chapped soi had put it on and told me when I come to the dentist to not wear it because it gets on all her equipment… I’m a RDA for 6 years now and never had a problem with a patient when they have lip stick chapstick Vaseline lip gloss .. you name it I’ve never had a problem with a patient wearing any type of lip product because a GOOD RDA work around it I’ve taken full digital scans and intra oral photos of patients who wear any type of lip product with no problem , with proper barriers on equipment and good skills it shouldn’t be a problem. It seems like the RDA was in distress and taking it out emotionally, she even came in huffing and puffing saying “she doesn’t see anything “ and that “she doesn’t know why she’s taking another photo because she doesn’t see anything “ as she explained to another staff member. I wanted to grab the intra oral scanner and scan it myself and tell her that it’s in the mesial of #19 and if you look closely it’s even becoming discolored. But I just let it go but I have to leave that comment because I have an appointment today. And before anyone asks why I don’t just go to the doctor I work for .. she’s retired and I’m currently looking for a dental home again and don’t have the benefits anymore of my job so I was given medical in the mean time that’s the only reason I came to this clinic. That’s close to home Everything was good besides that RDA two weeks ago on Saturday she seemed like she hated being there and hated her job. Front staff was amazing though as well.

I cannot thank Dr. Pham (apologies if I didn’t get the name right, I did the extraction on 5 Mar 4pm from 🇸🇬 Singapore) & the friendly service crew at 7 Day Dental enough. I am a tourist visiting from Singapore and was in significant pain due to a cracked molar. Despite it being a last-minute emergency, Dr. Pham provided some of the finest dental work I have ever experienced. His skill and surgical precision were top-notch, and he provided the assurance I needed to feel comfortable before my long flight home. If you are looking for a highly skilled and compassionate dentist in Anaheim, I cannot recommend Dr. Pham highly enough. Truly a lifesaver!"

Long story short their explanation of my dental insurance coverage wasn't the same as my insurance providers explanation. This place just wanted to get into my pocket and charge me up the waazoo for as much as they could take me for. No thank you. Also the way the office is set up theres no privacy at all. Everyone sees and hears all your personal information. No thanks. Ill find a real dentist office.
