About 716 Oral Surgery & Dental Implant Studio

716 Oral Surgery & Dental Implant Studio operates on Main Street in Williamsville, New York. Wisdom teeth are removed when they are impacted, repeatedly infected, decayed, or damaging the tooth in front, since they arrive last and often into a jaw with no room left. Not every wisdom tooth needs to come out — one that erupts cleanly and can be kept clean is often left alone.

Routine attendance, roughly every six months for most people, is what actually keeps small problems small. A lot of decay and gum disease develops without any pain in its early stages, which is why regular checkups matter even when nothing seems to be wrong, rather than only booking an appointment once something hurts.

A first appointment at a new practice typically covers a full examination, a review of your dental and medical history, and a professional cleaning, with X-rays if you do not have recent ones. It is also a reasonable time to raise any longer-term concerns, cosmetic or otherwise, so they can be factored into a plan going forward.

Day-to-day oral health still comes down to the basics between visits — brushing twice daily with fluoride toothpaste, cleaning between the teeth, and limiting how often sugary food and drink appear through the day matters more than the total amount eaten at once. Regular professional care is what catches whatever those habits do not.

Digital X-rays are a routine part of dental care because they show what a visual exam alone cannot — decay forming between teeth, bone loss below the gumline, and how developing adult teeth are positioned in children. They use a low radiation dose and are taken on a schedule matched to individual risk rather than at every single visit.

Left untreated, small dental problems tend not to stay small. A minor cavity that would have been a straightforward filling can progress to needing root canal treatment and a crown, and early gum inflammation that would have reversed with a good cleaning can progress toward bone loss around the teeth. Catching things early is generally the difference in both effort and cost. Where is 716 Oral Surgery & Dental Implant Studio located in Williamsville?
716 Oral Surgery & Dental Implant Studio is on Main Street in Williamsville, New York (14221).
What days is 716 Oral Surgery & Dental Implant Studio open?
716 Oral Surgery & Dental Implant Studio is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Contact the practice through this page to confirm current appointment times before travelling.
What services does 716 Oral Surgery & Dental Implant Studio offer?
Listed services at 716 Oral Surgery & Dental Implant Studio include Wisdom Teeth Removal. The full list is shown on this page.
What age is best to have wisdom teeth taken out?
Late teens to early twenties is often easier, because the roots are less fully formed and bone is more forgiving, so healing tends to be quicker. Removal is still routinely done later when there is a reason for it.
How long is recovery after wisdom tooth removal?
Most of the swelling and discomfort settles within about a week, with the first two or three days the most noticeable. Surgical removal of an impacted tooth generally takes longer to recover from than a simple extraction.
What causes bad breath and can a dentist help?
Persistent bad breath most often comes from bacteria on the tongue and around the gumline, and gum disease is a frequent underlying cause. Because it is usually oral in origin, a dental examination is a sensible first step.

I had to go get all 4 wisdom teeth pulled, I was really really scared, Dr.Rossen and his team assured me I was at the right place, they didn't lie, they pulled all 4 of my wisdom teeth, while I was awake, just numbed up, wasn't a bad experience at all , I'd recommend them to anyone afraid or with bad anxiety, they talk you thought every step, and give you as much information you need to help your healing process, I'm grateful and I'd give them a 10 out if 10 any day.

Would highly recommend! I had an outstanding experience, and this is coming from someone who put off getting his wisdom teeth extracted for more than 10 years. Before finding 716, I consulted with 5 other surgeons who expressed concerns with a nerve running right near one of my impacted wisdom teeth. Additionally, many of these surgeons would not accept dental insurance. From the initial consultation through the weeks following the extraction, I knew I made the right decision going with 716... Dr. Aquino was a pro's pro - his team walked me through every step of the process, the potential risk areas, and how they would mitigate those risks through the extraction process. A few additional details - (1) they do accept various dental insurances, which was a huge plus, and on top of that, every out of pocket dollar spent felt well worth it. (2) Pain after was tolerable for a few days and subsided thereafter. I received multiple follow up messages throughout the process to ensure I was healing properly and following their recommendations. Everything that happened in the days that followed the surgery were exactly as they had described them to me. (3) The team outside of the surgeons was world class - they were 100% professional and 100% a team... there's no doubt they enjoy doing what they do.

Everything went better than expected and after the surgery calling the office with any questions or concerns was easy... always quickly responsive. Highly recommend!!!

I had my wisdom teeth removed from Dr. Rossen and I had genuinely the best experience at this office. The entire crew there are so so sweet, caring, kind, and most of all, so good at what they do. They are super efficient here and get what needs to get done, WELL. They greeted me with a smile every time I visited their office and made me feel so special. Highly recommend this office if you are looking to get oral surgery done. Not only was the procedure itself smooth, but the recovery was very easy due to all of the information they provide you with to recover well.
