Always so professional and lovely

The clinic has great technology, and the front desk staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional. The dentist was also professional, respectful, and took the time to address my concerns. Unfortunately, my experience with the dental hygienist who performed my cleaning was very disappointing. My bottom teeth were cleaned, but my upper teeth were not. The hygienist explained that there were only 30 minutes left before closing and that there wasn't enough time to complete the cleaning. As a healthcare professional myself, I have never encountered a situation where a patient is left with a procedure only half completed because the office is closing. If there isn't enough time to complete the treatment properly, it should not be started in the first place. A dental hygienist should be able to reasonably estimate the time required for a cleaning based on the initial assessment. I then had to return on a different day just to have my upper teeth cleaned, and I was charged the full fee again. I found this not only unethical but also disrespectful of the client's time and finances. Patients should not have to pay twice because of poor scheduling or time management. The 2nd hygienist was mature and very compassionate. Overall my teeth felt clean as it was past due. At the very least, clients should be informed before treatment begins if there is insufficient time to complete the procedure. That way, they can decide whether to proceed or reschedule rather than be left with incomplete treatment and unexpected additional costs. I hope the clinic reviews its scheduling practices to ensure clients receive complete care during their appointments and are treated fairly. Despite this experience, I believe the clinic overall provides excellent service. The technology, dentist, and front office staff were all outstanding, and I hope this feedback helps improve the patient experience going forward.

I can't recommend Dr. Coffin and his team highly enough! If you're someone who gets nervous about going to the dentist or simply doesn't like dental work (like me), this is the place to go. From the moment you walk in, everyone is so welcoming, kind, and genuinely caring. Dr. Coffin takes the time to explain everything, never makes you feel rushed, and has a wonderful way of putting you completely at ease. His entire team is amazing—they're friendly, compassionate, and incredibly professional. They truly work together to make every visit as comfortable and stress-free as possible. The office itself is spotless, well-organized, and runs so smoothly. It's clear that everyone takes pride in providing outstanding care and creating a positive experience for their patients. Thank you, Dr. Coffin and your wonderful team, for making what I usually dread into such a reassuring experience. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you to anyone looking for an exceptional dentist!

I recently (yesterday) started my Invisalign journey with Dr. Coffin and Jessie, and so far it’s been a really positive experience. They’ve both been very supportive and have provided all the guidance I needed from the beginning. I was initially hesitant about starting Invisalign in general because I was worried about feeling pressured into a long and expensive treatment. However, Dr. Coffin took the time to explain my options clearly and never made me feel forced into anything. That transparency was really reassuring and made me feel comfortable moving forward. From my experience, their Invisalign pricing feels more than fair and, you receive good supportive services. If you’re on the fence, I would definitely recommend booking a consultation and seeing for yourself. Jessie has also been incredibly helpful and supportive—she always takes the time to answer my questions and explains each step very clearly, which I really appreciate. I also go to the clinic for cleanings and have never been disappointed. Overall, I’m really glad I found them, and I’ll share an update once my Invisalign treatment is complete ☺️

Dr. Maclean and his staff were amazing! He was very professional and friendly. He gave me 2 dental implants and they went extremely well!. His follow up care was excellent, always making sure I was OK. Sherry and Maddy were also an amazing part of the team. They always made me feel relaxed.

I have seen this dentist twice and both times I felt comfortable and was given a thorough exam and explanation of treatment. My recent visit was due to a broken front tooth and as you may suspect, I was anxious to get it fixed. The dentist was very understanding and gave me several options based on my situation. I received a cost proposal for each option so I can make the best decision based on my budget. I enjoyed the visit despite my broken tooth and look forward to my next appointment and getting my treatment plan underway.

I’ve been going to 7th Street Dental since 2021. I still remember my very first visit right in the middle of COVID when I went in seeking urgent dental care for an emergency. I was treated promptly and with so much care, and from that moment on, my journey with 7th Street Dental has been nothing short of blissful. Since then, I’ve had multiple cleanings and completed an incredible Invisalign journey (shout out to Jesse!), which gave me a truly perfect smile. Most recently, I had a composite bonding procedure with Dr. Sihota, and she was absolutely amazing, so gentle, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took my smile to the next level while keeping it beautifully natural. I’m excited to continue my journey with 7th Street Dental and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone seeking exceptional dental care.

I was referred here by our local denturist due to problems with gums and bone lost and told of their ability to do great work. They also provided ways for people to have the work done without fear though sedation. To make a long story short Dr McLean pulled a chronic infected root canal tooth, did an implant, bridge with 2 crowns. My ultimate goal was to have straight white teeth and when we finished and he showed me the final work, I just cried. Dreams surpassed, with professionalism and great staff. Now through their office I am working with Invisalines to straightened my teeth. Thank you 7th Street dentists I would highly recommend you and your office. One smile at time making such a difference in people's lives. Thank you.

Got a cleaning with Diana, best dental hygienist I've had yet! She was gentle, informative, and thorough. She explained everything clearly and made the whole experience comfortable. My teeth feel so clean, I felt no pain, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Dr.Coffin also did some minor fillings for me at same appointment to help with sensitivity I was experiencing on my gum line. It's a day or two later, and everything feels fantastic. Overall really happy with the care I received at 7th street Dental. 😊

Today I visited 7th Street Dental for a well-overdue teeth cleaning and they did an amazing job. Trina (sorry if I spelled your name incorrectly) took great care of me and made sure every spot was hit. My teeth genuinely haven’t felt this clean in a long time! The ladies at the front desk were super welcoming and friendly. I would 100% recommend their office to my peers and family!
