A Better Smile Dentistry

A better smile dentistry is amazing. The dental staff is very good at their job. Due to past bad experiences, I have found every excuse to not go to the dentist, but his staff has always helped put me at ease. Doctor bao is amazing. He is patient in thorough. I went in today for a crown. And I experienced a little sensitivity, but the minute I brought it up to his attention, did drill stopped. And who is numbing me up to make sure I was okay. Who is constantly asking? If everything was fine or if I was experiencing any discomfort, me being a giant weenie when it comes to going to the dentist this place has definitely helped out a lot.And the ladies at the front desk are always helpful and willing to accommodate anything.I think to the table they go above and beyond.When it comes to helping, thank all of you guys very much

The staff is always super nice. I've never had a bad experience here, UNTIL I went in for a cleaning this week. I was given a estimate to get a crown, and as a self pay patient cost matters. I went elsewhere for a crown as it was a $500 dollars difference. Dr Li Bao seemed VERY upset that I went elsewhere and throughout thr whole visit kept telling me next time "go get your cleaning done there too." I have very sensitive teeth and during the cleaning I was squirming, it hurt, and not once did he ask if I was okay or how I was doing. He was so upset that I went elsewhere for a crown.

Dr. Bao is so kind and sweet. He’s been my dentist since I moved here 6 years ago. Great cleanings and care. I recently had an implant and was nervous. It went wonderfully. I highly recommend A Better Smile Dentistry

Today was my 1st appt with A better smile dentistry and I’m 100% satisfied with the front desk, dental hygienist and Dr. Li Bao! Dr. Bao explains what needs to be done in a way I understood. The entire office was amazing and I will never go anywhere else!! Thank you ladies, Lyle and Dr. Bao great job!!!

This is an amazing place to go. Doctor Li Bao is extremely thorough with his work. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I used to be afraid of going to the dentist… that is no longer an issue and I highly recommend coming here!

Love a better smile, staff is friendly and super helpful, no judgement zone. Always reliable and welcoming and convenient with working with your schedules for cleaning and fixing of the teeth, they gave me my smile back and my confidence, keep up the amazing work and I’m always willing to give anyone I know a recommendation to your dentist office

Staff is always super nice and listen to your needs they bilingual and well trained. I came for an extraction and was done with very little to no pain i have came here before most definitely recommend and for this who know yes this is where I got my gold teeth they have good top equipment and the lab was did a perfect job. BEWARE !!!! This business is NOT trustworthy! They took money from me and did not provide a service. The dentist gave me a huge CASH discount for a crown because Medicaid would not cover it. The dentist is the EXPERT so i took the discount in good faith borrowed the money. The tooth was hurting before the scheduled crown so it was extracted which was paid for by my insurance. This office refused to refund the money. They made up excuses and did not provide an answer until we sent a certified letter. The office manager was very rude! DISHONEST CROOKS Duplicate review does not make less true. You took money from a patient and did not provide a service !
