I’ve been going to this dentist group for over 25 years and Jaime is such a great Hygenist. She has such a good hand while cleaning my teeth. Very gentle and honest. She also gave me lots of different tips on how she cares for her own teeth. I never want her to leave!

Appreciate cautious, gentle and expert work by Wilfred Miyazaki. I am glad to have a good doctor to depends on. Thank you .

I’ve only had an initial consultation but I am incredibly impressed with Dr Wilfred Miyasaki, Mercedes (Meg), and the the rest of the staff. I have an extreme phobia of the dentist and I so appreciate the way they handled it. Most dental offices have made me feel like there’s something wrong with me, but here the understanding and compassion they provided helped ease some of that anxiety. Going to the dentist will never be something that I will look forward to, but I feel confident that when I do need to be seen the visit will not be a traumatic experience. Mahalo nui loa!

This office was very clean and staff very polite. I didn’t come from home so I asked them for a toothbrush so I could brush my teeth before seeing my dentist and they gladly gave me one. Thank goodness!! I saw Dr. David Miyasaki and he will consult me soon about options for my teeth. He was very kind and had such positive news for my future appointments. Looking forward to seeing him on May 1, 2026. Mahalo loa for cleaning my teeth too!!

Best dental experience ever for my teenager! First time here and have been very impressed from the start. Roni is very knowledgeable, friendly, kind, caring and understanding. Joanne is sweet, gentle and compassionate. Shout out to Dr. Wu who went over and beyond with dental consultation, exam and cleaning! Dr. Wu took time to (1) read report beforehand and (2) demonstrate to my teenager, who just got braces, where to focus when brushing teeth and how to floss. Flossing with braces has been difficult for my teenager, and I’m really grateful for the time Dr. Wu spent teaching my teenager how to slip the floss behind the archwires and in between the teeth in order to floss properly. Dr. Wu and staff are the best! Thank you!

I just had a great experience with my dentist, Dr. Miyazaki at A Downtown Dental Group For my implant. The staff was very friendly and made me feel at ease. Mahalo to the whole team for taking good care of me. Highly recommend!

I was vacationing in Honolulu from the mainland and developed an infection in my mouth/tooth that was causing a lot of pain and swelling. I did a lot of research in the middle of the night and found this practice with rave reviews. I completed the online form on the practice website and within 15 minutes of the office opening, I was called and offered an appointment by the nicest team member, Ronni. When I arrived, I was graciously welcomed as a guest and treated like part of the family - from the beginning of the visit to the end. They all gave A+ service, exceptional compassionate dental care, answered all of my questions, and supported my anxiousness all along the way. I would highly, highly recommend the practice, Dr Wu, and the entire team to take care of your dental needs - whether on vacation/visiting or as a long-life patient!
