Very poor communication between patient and practice ,not professional,to say they are investors in people I suggest they have polite attitude to patients needs. Which is lacking no empathy..😔

I started my Invisalign journey with Laura and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better dentist. From the very beginning, she made me feel completely comfortable and informed every step of the way. Her attention to detail was absolutely on point, and it was clear how much care and precision she puts into her work. We also went for the edge bonding to complete the look and they looked so natural and suited me very well. Laura was always professional, friendly, and genuinely passionate about achieving the best possible results for her patients. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly and made the whole experience feel smooth and stress-free. I also had a root canal treatment with Laura, and she was incredibly gentle and reassuring throughout the whole procedure, especially knowing how nervous I was. She made me feel calm, comfortable, and completely at ease, which made such a difference to my experience. I’m so happy I chose Laura for my Invisalign treatment and dental care, and I would highly recommend her to anyone considering starting their journey!

Hygienist Chantelle Vickers is one of the best hygienists I have visited. As a new private patient, she was warm, welcoming, professional, supportive and encouraging.
