Jennifer the dental hygienist is pretty great, friendly, and makes you feel at ease when at the dentist. The Dentist himself is a cool guy and cares enough to want to help you better your oral health. The dentist I made an emergency appointment with stellar dental was closed when I got there and these guys are located right next door and were able to fit me in, I thought I was having a dental emergency that needed immediate attention but I was able to walk out of there with a game plan moving forward to help my problems which is fine also.

Bad experience

I scheduled a visit to this dentist because I was looking for a dentist that could service me and my young child. I was told thst I would get a 6 month check up with cleaning. I provided previous x-rays from previous dentist office per there request. The consultation lasted for 1 hour 15 mins and when I asked about a cleaning, I was told that I wasn't getting it thst day. They tried to do another xray for a cost when I went back and forth with previous office to make sure they had the x-rays they needed and told Maria previously that I was just going to go back to my old office if they didn't accept my x-rays. I was a disappointmented when I left and all they wanted to do was schedule me for some services. I am particular about my teeth and didn't mind getting the fill ins but I expected a cleaning. I told them I was going to get a cleaning first before any work is done and was told they had an opening for the following Tuesday. I realized I had a meeting at the time on Tuesday so asked for a later day. The first thing she said was it was a reschedule fee and I told her I just came in Thursday afternoon. You can tell they are just about money and not servicing new clients

They literally brought my smile back and I couldn’t be more grateful. Honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had at a dentist. The whole team is super warm, talkative, and genuinely caring they made me feel so comfortable the entire time. I’d been insecure about my teeth for ages and they fixed that in a single day. Their name really does say it all. Appointment was quick, treatment was smooth, no hassle at all. So glad I found this place and got to meet these amazing people. 10/10 would recommend!

Professional and service oriented. They actually pick up the phone and return calls as promised. Each visit is pleasant and everyone is warm and hospitable. Five star rating well earned.

This dentist office is the best dentist office in Charlotte. Everyone is very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Everytime I come here for my cleaning or checkup I feel welcomed. Everyone here is like family. If you are looking for new dentist this is place to come . I recommend to everyone 10/10

I have been going to this dentist office since 2012. They are like family to me. I had a serious pain on my right side. I made an emergency appointment for the next day. I had an x-ray, and they were honest and said it wasn't my tooth. So I rush to the doctor and turn out to be a sinus infection. And Dr. Motos called me later that evening to check on me. She is so loving, and the staff is so welcoming. Again, I love them lime family.

I give it a three only because I’ve been going to this dentist office since 2009. I’ve always had a pleasant experience no issues until this week. Being badgered about my insurance but not proactively reaching out to the insurance company after I communicated the status, for a cleaning at that. I canceled my appointment and I will not be returning to this office. It always gave me a family feel until this week and I am over it.

I've been a patient here for 6yrs now. I've never had any problems with the providers, the staff or the service provided. They have always been friendly and professional every time. I have cancelled and rescheduled appointments and they have always been accommodating. Walking in is like seeing family to me. I am comfortable to the point that I have dozed off at times in the midst of a cleaning 😴😅. How many people can put that much trust in their dentist?🤔
