I use to love this place. When my daughter turned 7 they no longer allowed me n the back I was already u comfortable with that and then they started asking my daughter inappropriate questions that have nothing to do with her teeth. They made her uncomfortable I found a new dentist where I am aloud back there and they don’t ask my daughter weird questions
The lack of time frames an taking way to long an calling kids back 40min or longer
This place has the worst scheduling and rescheduling. Ortho is only in 2x a month and always booked. The hours of this place are so confusing and they seem to be closed more then before. I really liked when they were a simple dentistry “just for kids” new owner is sloppy with hours. Mind you I’ve had my kids going for over 17 years so this review is legitimately a one star! This place sucks
Staff is always so nice and amazing! My 4 year old had to get fillings and I was so so worried and scared the office manager Rebecca calmed me down explained the whole procedure and assured me they do this all the time she could tell momma was a mess and was so kind and nice to my baby reassured him made sure he was okay and comfortable! She really cared about my son and as a momma that’s all I could ask for!
My son was going here for a while and they missed quite a few cavities that another dentist found when we took him there. Really disappointing.
I been taking my two kids here for about 3 years and they have great staff. Recently we had a young lady by the name of Letty, who was absolutely the best staff we had!!! My child who is at a very young age, is afraid of the dentist, and would cry when hearing or seeing certain cleaning tools. She made my child be at ease, and explained what tool was used for and what they did. My child was laughing and was so calm with her. I recommend Letty if you can request her, she is an amazing individual and really great at her job. I wish there was more of her that would actually take the time and help children who are scared of the dentist walk out with a smile on their face. As a parent it’s such a wonderful feeling that my child was happy he did great with all the help of Letty.
I love this place! My son tends to have dental issues. He’s had cleanings and extractions. The staff is encouraging and supportive. Rebekah helped him today with a sealant. I appreciated the extra, thorough attention to make sure it would last. Dr. Zarah is fantastic, too! Highly recommend!
We love this dentist! We’ve been coming here for about 2 years with my 4 year old daughter. She loves it here! They give her lots of goodies and make her feel very comfortable. They just remodeled the office & they have a new nice friendly dentist. Would definitely recommend!
