I don't often leave reviews, but after my experience today I felt compelled to say thank you. I had a tooth removed today at A1 Dental, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I'm a very nervous patient and have never enjoyed going to the dentist, so I was expecting the worst. Instead, the whole procedure was completely different to what I had imagined. The dentist was absolutely fantastic. They removed one of my back teeth, and I genuinely experienced no pain during the procedure. I was also amazed at how quickly it was done – I was in and out in around 20 minutes. My appointment started on time, so there was hardly any waiting, which was another pleasant surprise. However, the main reason I'm leaving this review is the quality of the care I received. The dentist was professional, reassuring and made me feel completely at ease throughout. Thank you to everyone at A1 Dental for making what I thought would be a stressful experience such a positive one. It is genuinely appreciated, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend your practice to anyone, especially those who are nervous about visiting the dentist.
10/10 practice could not recommend more! As someone who has had bad dental experiences in the past, this practice has completely changed my perception on going to the dentist. The receptionists are always so friendly and provide great communication, with frequent appointment reminders which make everything so easy to keep track of. I cannot thank Som enough he feels like a friend and dentist in one. He takes the time to explain everything in detail and answer any questions I have with such care. Hygienist Amy and her dental nurse colleague were lovely - and it was honestly the first time in my life that it wasn’t an excruciating experience - it was actually painless and she did an amazing job bake also made you feel very comfortable throughout the procedure.
