They have always been very kind to me and my children. I've been taking them to this place for years and I highly recommend it.

Amazing staff and dentist. Thank you for taking good care of my baby while she went under. And unlike pediatric dental Okc thank you for letting me in the room during her shot. She’s my baby. Also thank you so so much about being so understanding about her having an accident right beforehand and waiting on her to get a change of clothes. I couldn’t thank you guys enough and tell yall how much I appreciate it.

I'm still having the same experience. I just got back and the receptionists are really unfriendly. They don't greet you, they ignore you, and they even laugh as if the owner doesn't know what they're doing. I'm already thinking about moving my kids out of here. My question is, do they treat American customers like this? Or do they only do this to Hispanic people?

Dr. Yeates and staff are absolutely amazing! She kept my son calm during his procedure and he tried to talk the whole time. I was way more nervous than he was. Would recommend 10/10! Thank you guys for what you do and taking exceptional care of my little one! 1.5 years later, I feel the same way! Dr. Yeates is amazing and my son actually wants to go to the dentist! If I could give more than 5 🌟, I would!

This place doesn’t allow you to go to the back with your MINOR children if you have a baby . There’s way better dentist offices that do not have that requirement . Definitely not going back here again

DON'T DO IT! BELIEVE THE REVIEWS! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! Been trying to get them to bill my insurance for the one and only appointment my daughter had there and I've been getting the run around for a month now. If they say they are going to call back, they won't. Then they will start screening your calls when they see your phone number. They will tell you that they are going to talk with their manager but you will have to call MULTIPLE times asking to talk to the manager before the message might actually get passed along. During all of this, I keep receiving messages about oweing almost $150 for something my insurance FULLY covers. But why not let their patients deal with the consequences of their staffs incompetence, great business practice. They also give zero heads up about only allowing 1 parent back with your child during appointmens, also no siblings allowed back either, so dont be a single parent with multiple kids. But hey the dentist herself was super nice..outside of that, she needs to hire more professional staffing.

It doesnt let me do zero stars. It takes at least one month for each appt. Your child has 6 cavities? They only do two at a time so it'll take over 6 months or more to get then done. If you dont answer the phone, they will cancel ur appt with less than 24 hours notice, but YOU are expected to give 24 hours notice. Not them. They will just cancel it. The sweet old man is gone. They didnt even let a single person know that when u came in, ur beloved dentist was gone. This is the worse place to take ur children, unless u don't mind waiting months and months to get anything done.

I’ve always came here with my kids and never had an issue with going back with them even when I had my toddler . Now all of a sudden they want to enforce policy? Not one notice was sent . If not I would’ve prepared appropriately and not brought my toddler to the appt . Do better .

Dr. Fred Winters & his assistant Henry are AMAZING! My 4 yr old had a slight dental emergency on Friday, they got him in & got the tooth taken out. From the time we walked in until we left was 1 hour or a little longer. They were fast, so sincere & caring, & great all around. I hoghly recommend. Such a pleasant experience- will be driving the 70 miles to go here from now on! Great atmosphere. Love everything about it! I would give more stars if I could! Thank you Dr. Winters!!
