I absolutely love everything about ABC dental from the staff to Dr. Bolterman! I've been going here for almost 5 years. Honestly, it hands down the best dental practice. Dr. Bolterman came in on a Saturday for my emergency and went above and beyond as she always does. She is the most honest and caring dentist I've ever met. 😊
I was unable to be seen due to not accepting my current Health Insurance, but the lady that answered was FANTASTIC and gave me a few numbers of places to try! Very much appreciated!!
Although I did not go here because they do not take my insurance, the lovely gentleman that answered the phone cared enough to suggest some places that might, and it did work out. I called over a dozen places prior to this and he was the only one to offer help even though it would not benefit him or their office. That speaks volumes to me and if they ever accept my insurance, I will definitely go here. Thank you so much for your help!
I cannot rave enough about ABC Dental, a dentistry that cares about you and everyone here is truly genuine! I had gone to another dentistry (complete nightmare) and ABC helped me with finding out what I need to do with them and my insurance after some unfit procedures had been done at this other dentistry. If your searching for a clinic that cares about your teeth and you, this IS the place.
Had my first appointment and it was great. Highly recommend going if you live near this location. It's hard to find a really good dental practice so give ABC I try.
I have seen many dentists over the years having some good and a lot of terrible experiences but couldn't be happier with Dr. Bolterman and her entire staff. Anything to do with my teeth is a huge source of anxiety for me but the staff is polite, respectful, and inclusive of the patient when coming up with treatment plans. Everyone is very gentle and easy going. I have never recieved a lecture but rather helpful advice and tips.They address every concern with a down to earth approach. The front desk in excellent and helpful with insurance companies. Dr. Bolterman puts the patient's best interest first and refers out when she feels like it will be more beneficial to the patient vs her own pocket. I couldn't be happier with my entire family's experience and would highly recommend them.
