1st time visit for my Son, my experience was great. Check in was easy didn't take long to be seen, Nurse did a good job on the cleaning of his teeth. And most of all his dentist was awesome. She explained his x-ray and talk with me about the care for his theeth.
Very good work
Very kind
The employees were absolutely amazing, very kind and had so much patience with my 2 year old!!
I love the staff and dentists here at AC Dentistry. I've had the joy of having my children under the care of them from Dr. Eric Wood down to Dr. Judson Wood! From surgical procedures to simple fillings. They've always kept me informed and provided care/recommendations as if they were their children!
2nd visit for my last 2 babies. 1st visit, different location, it took 3 of us to hold both of my girls down. 2nd visit today, my 3 year old told me to go sit down. Although I saw the patience with my own 2 eyes, it made me feel more relief that my baby was comfortable. My 8 year old is disabled, they treated her as if she wasn't, I love that. Nothing makes a parent like me feel more comfortable with others taking care of your child, especially when it's this type of case. They didn't make me feel as if we were wanted. The wait wasn't that long, everything was great. Even though I knew it would be, my older 2 now 20 & 15 both went here since childhood. 15 year old is still a patient here as well. They have always been a great place for me personally.
This has literally been the worst experience ever at a dentist. When I first walked into the off the floor had leaves and paper all over the floor. Once I finished my paper work and was turning back to have a seat I noticed that there was all kind of trash, dust and dirt all over the floor that HASN'T Been cleaned. So I went up front to cancel my son appointment. The lady at the front desk asked why would I like to cancel it I told her because it’s very dirty in here. My son was never serviced so I asked is there a paper to show where he was not seen. She stated there was a paper but when she asked the other lady she told her that it wasn’t a paper and I wouldn’t be billed. So as I’m walking out I turn around to ask for an excuse letter for my son. She stated she can’t give me one because my son was not seen. I explained that if it wasn’t dirty in here he would have been seen. The same lady in the back then voiced “give her the excuse note so she can go”. That’s when I got angry and told them if it wasn’t nasty in here we wouldn’t be leaving. I told them I was taking pictures to post on google and she yells out that’s HIPPA violation to take pictures..get out before I call the police. Please see the pictures of 11/1/2023. Hopefully the owner sees this and do better with the facility and staff.
By far the worst experience we've had at the dentist. We've waited for 1 hr and 30 min since we got here. They are far from punctual with our appointment and during an advisory heat wave, above all. We have to wait in an outside lobby while the lobby inside is closed. Many people have come in about an hour after us and have gotten their appointment before we have. And supposedly, our appointment wouldn't take long. This has been a giant waste of our time.
