This past Monday I went to get my wisdoms removed and it was a smooth process. I was a tad bit nervous but the staff and Dr McGhee made me feel very safe and comfortable. Once hooked up to the IV I was out like a light and it didn’t take them long at all. I definitely recommend!!

My daughter was scheduled to have all four wisdom teeth removed, and we were originally quoted approximately $900 out of pocket. Before committing to the procedure, I simply asked the office to submit a prior authorization so I could verify our financial responsibility with our insurance company. This is a very reasonable request and one that my insurance company specifically recommended. The office initially refused to submit it. After multiple phone calls, I was finally told that it had been sent—not once, but three separate times. However, when I contacted our insurance company, they informed me they had never received anything from this office. I then spent my own time reviewing the procedure codes with the insurance company and was told our estimated out-of-pocket cost should be around $450. Just a few days before the scheduled surgery, the office called my daughter and suddenly informed her that our out-of-pocket expense was now $1,200. When I called for an explanation, I was told the oral surgeon had added additional codes that were not covered by insurance to "control bleeding." Somehow, we went from a $900 estimate to $1,200, with hundreds of dollars in additional charges added at the last minute and no prior discussion with us. As a parent, hearing that there are extra charges related to controlling bleeding without any meaningful explanation is alarming. If these services are truly necessary, why were they not discussed from the beginning? Why did the cost change dramatically just days before surgery? Why was there no transparency regarding what was covered, what wasn't, and why? The entire experience felt disorganized, misleading, and unprofessional. Between the conflicting information, the failure to properly communicate with the insurance company, the last-minute price increase, and the rude treatment we received when trying to get answers, I lost all confidence in this office. Trust is extremely important when it comes to healthcare. Unfortunately, this office did nothing to earn ours. Proceed with caution, ask questions, get everything in writing, and verify every charge with your insurance company yourself.

He was constantly asking to make sure I was not in any discomfort. He is AWESOME!! "

👋🏽 I had gotten a lot of work done in the past with Acadian Modern Dentistry, in which I was very pleased with, but there became a brief transitional period bringing in a new dentist and some staff. Well, as most of us know transitioning to new doctors, especially for patients that are used to specific doctors and staff can bring sometimes hesitation to go back to the facility. Well, I did go back today to get some work done and I was introduced to the new Dentist Dr. Jacob Zeller and much to my surprise... a pleasant surprise at that Dr. Zeller was more than efficient, professional, displaying an empathetic and compassionate demeanor towards me as a patient.. he simply showed that he cares about the work he does, about my feelings as a patient and doing the best work possible on my teeth.. Needless, to say because of his professionalism and the good work that he did on my teeth /smile, I highly recommend Dr. Jacob Zeller and if you might have any reservations/questions regarding the transition of new staff at Acadian Modern Dentistry... PLEASE have no more skepticism for Dr. Jacob Zeller and the staff are on point with quality Dental Care... that's if you want that perfect smile. This rating is from my mom Joyce Hamilton. She was so well pleased with her services on yesterday that she called and asked me to give the highest rating I could on her behalf. She said that Dr Zeiler, Isaac and Charity are such a pleasure. She always says that about Charity and Isaac . The doctor Zeiler she said has a great bedside manner and was professional but not at all cold. Thanks for taking good care of my mom. I actually think going to the dentist is her favorite outing

My tooth extraction and implant placement were surprisingly easy to handle. Dr Dragonas Is brilliant! He and his assistant Worked seamlessly together. So far my recovery has been painless! Thank you for taking such great care of me!

I am totally satisfied with Acadian Modern Dentistry. They have the most upto date equipment and they make every effort to make you feel relaxed. The staff is always pleasant and I don't have to wait a prolonged time to be seen. If you have dental anxiety, as I do, I will highly recommend them. As we age deep cleaning is recommended and I have to say this is a pleasant experience. They take care of my gums in addition to my teeth.

Dr. Marks is amazing. I would highly highly highly recommend her. She i explains everything to you and will get your beautiful smile back on track. This is one of the most amazing dentist office that I have ever come to. Everyone is a team player and I love it.
