ACE dental

They say that “a picture is worth a thousand words.” Well if you take a look at these pics you’ll see I’m ALL SMILES, thanks to the dentist and staff at Ace Dental!!! This is my second review and I must say that the longer I’m with ACE the better it has been. From timely appointments, to the dreaded “insurance games” to some of the very best dentistry I had the misfortune to need! I wouldn’t go to any other place but ACE and although that rhymes, it’s the God-honest truth.Thanks for the smiles Ace Dental and the wonderful, healthy environment you guys give to our community.👍🏾✊🏾❤️

Roya was/is a great hygienist. Her bedside manner is impeccable. I love the way she is so personable and willing to explain what she is doing and why she is doing it. I can tell she likes her job and cares about the people that she takes care of. Unfortunately I can't say the same for the dentist. I am.not sure if this man is not used to treating or dealing with people who are a protected class under the ADA but to state that he will not treat a person if their support person is in the room is beyond ridiculous. Then to say he will write down the treatment plan to give to the support person but scribble illegible notes on a piece of scrap paper is reprehensible. I had to ask the person at the front desk to go in the back to find out what the note said to explain to the patient what his options were. I am uncertain if the dentist was too busy to ensure that the patient understood everything or just didn't care. A part of the Hippocratic oath is to provide services in a moral and ethically sound manner. If you are not ensuring that your patient understands everything that is being said and you are not delivering the information in a manner that is comprehensible you are not adhering to the oath that you took. Definitely needs to do better...

Staff is completely unknowledgable on the topic of insurance! Receptionist telling me about my own daughters insurance?!? I've been dealing with this for 17years, she's disabled so I'm intimately knowledgeable in regards to her and her twins insurance!!! Instead of just looking into what I'm saying, God forbid someone do their job AND DO SOMETHING! LIKE LISTEN to a patient/customer, NOT with the intent of responding but with intent to UNDERSTANDING! Yes I did lose my cool and say something I most certainly should not have but damn, try listening INSTEAD of raising your voice when someone has the audacity to suggest you could be mistaken?!?!

My initial visit was Thursday. I drove 3.5 hours from home to both visit my daughter ( lives in Buffalo), and to find a dentist that was honest AND kind. The drive is worth while! I have had horrible experiences with dentists so my anxiety was already high. The hygienist was a sweetheart. She was so kind and gentle. The dentist was amazing from beginning to end. I needed a tooth pulled and he did it in a matter of seconds...My daughter and I were shocked! The bleeding was minimal too. They came up with a treatment plan that I liked. The office is extremely clean, all the staff were fabulous. Thank you so much Ace Dental 💓

Ms. Amanda was very, very gentle. She explained things very well and into detail. Made me very comfortable with everything. She has told me understood. What is needed as she explained the present and future outcome.!!! Polite and very knowledgeable as well... Looking forward for my next cleaning from miss amanda in november.. !!!

My husband and I went in to get a routine check up, but for myself, I had two fillings that needed to be done. In total was $500 out-of-pocket now the second tooth he did not fill at all so I went back. Now, with this second shot in my mouth had gave me infection. But I immediately took oil of oregano and subsided. But here’s where it really gets bad. He did not completely fill my tooth, and I never had any cold Sensitivity before but now I do because there’s a hole still in my tooth. When I went back for the third time for the same tooth, he told me to be there at 9 o’clock in the morning. He had no intentions of doing anything for me. He screamed at me, humiliated me, and I’m the customer. Just trying to get a proper filling.. He then all the sudden said I needed a cap that was never mentioned in the summary notes that I have. He wanted to give me another needle in my mouth I refused it because I almost got an infection. I watched him have a tantrum on me, refusing to do any more service for me. Like I was the crazy one because I just wanted my tooth fixed that I paid for. Dr Reddy Needs to step down like he was mentioning to his assistant that he wanted to quit. I suggest that he does because the way he treated me was very unacceptable. I would not go to this place again.. STOP !!! Very, very unsatisfied still stuck with a hole in my tooth. I’m going to bring this to the attention of the American dental Association. And please, if there’s anyone else out there with the same kind of experience, please please let me know.

Dr. Reddy is awesome , professional to the point, and honest!! did a great job. I just had a root canal about a week ago. I’m no longer experiencing the issues and the pain I was having before. I went home pain-free even after the numbness wore off excellent service thank you. !!

I had my wisdom teeth removed at Ace Dental, and the experience was excellent. The procedure was quick and smooth..within minutes it was done. The doctor and staff were not only very professional but also extremely friendly, which really helped put me at ease. I highly recommend Ace Dental for anyone needing dental work done.
