I had such a positive experience at Ace Dental in Killeen that I felt needed to share. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with genuine kindness and compassion. I spoke with a wonderful young woman at the front desk named Ashley, and she truly made a difference in my day. I just needed someone to listen, and she took her time, heard me out, and even came out from behind the desk to give me a hug. It's not easy to find people who are that caring and sincere anymore. I've been going through a lot, and that moment meant more than I can express. Because of her, I feel confident in my decision to come to Ace Dental and I will absolutely be staying with them. Thank you, Ashley, for reminding me that there are still kind-hearted people out there.

Called in for emergency visit and they were able to get me in same day. I walked in Ace with immense excruciating pain and I left with answers, less pain, and a plan to get myself fixed. I cannot say enough how great they are! Super caring and work with you in many ways. ETA: Went back in 4/24 for an extraction and when I say I’m shocked I mean it! Dr. J was absolutely amazing and fast. Took less than a half hour for two extractions and a bone graft. I’m so happy I chose Ace and I will for all of my dental needs from here on out. Thank you ladies again

I would definitely recommend going to ACE Dental on Stan Schlueter. Liz was extremely friendly and helpful with check in. Our RDA Ja'liz was very informative and knowledgeable, along with Dr. Shah, who actually caught a mistake done by another dentist and was able to get my daughters check up and cavity fills done the same day. Which was a life saver because my daughter gets her wisdom teeth out next week. Suzy did an awesome job going over all the expenses and what what covered and not. Thank you so much ladies, we will return.

From start to finish, this dental visit was a genuinely positive experience. The treatment was thorough and handled with real care, and the results exceeded my expectations—thank you Dr. Sonkar everything feels and looks great. The receptionists were personable, warm, and refreshingly genuine, not the scripted-smile kind. They made me feel welcomed and at ease right away, which says a lot in a place where most people show up a little tense. Professional, kind, and results-driven—this office clearly knows what they’re doing. Highly recommend.
