This was our first visit as we have just moved to York from Paisley where we had brilliant Dentists (Greenlaw Practice), so this practice has a great act to follow. Wow ! I think this may be the best dentist I’ve ever been to. Friendly staff and the dentist ( shaheem) gave me plenty of options for my future treatment , some which I didn’t realise were possible and they are cheaper than my original ideas. I needed a hygienist appointment and there was one available the same day ! Best clean that I’ve ever had, no pain whatsoever , Liam is fabulous! I will be phoning my previous dentist and saying goodbye ! …..and saving money Thank you for such a positive experience.xx
I couldn’t be happier with my Invisalign treatment at Acomb Dental and Implant Clinic, and I highly recommend Dr Davies. From the very beginning, the level of attention to detail has been outstanding. Every step of the process was carefully explained and tailored to me. Dr Davies has been incredibly accommodating when it comes to appointments, always making an effort to fit me in and ensure everything stays on track. What really stands out is how well he listens. He genuinely takes the time to understand any concerns and makes you feel completely at ease. The results have been incredible. My smile has completely transformed, and it’s given me so much more confidence than I ever expected. It’s clear that Dr Davies goes above and beyond for his patients, and I’m so grateful for the care and expertise throughout my treatment.
I had a really positive experience at this dental practice. From the moment I arrived, the reception staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the visit feel relaxed straight away. The dentist, Dr Shaheen was friendly and gentle during my check-up and took the time to explain everything clearly, which helped put me at ease. I also had scans for whitening trays, and the process was easy. The dental nurse was also very kind,attentive and supportive throughout the appointment. Overall, the whole team was warm, professional, and caring. I’d definitely recommend this practice and Dr Shaheen to anyone looking for a friendly dentist and a great overall experience.
I am very happy with everything relating to treatment, staff, premises etc. at this clinic but yesterday I was not happy about the amount charged for a check up, which was £69, increased from £65 at my last visit. On the website there is an offer for new patients of £65 for a routine exam and x-rays. It is only a difference of £4 but I, as a regular attender for twice yearly check ups, resent being charged more than a new patient. I can see that it is an offer to entice new business but nonetheless it grates with me.
