Love Dr. Fjoralba! She’s by far one of the best dentists I’ve ever been to. Very pleasant, trustworthy, and not like some dentists who are quick to suggest pulling teeth—she actually finds ways to treat and help you keep the ones you have (which I appreciate, especially since dental care can get expensive!). The entire office team is always warm and inviting. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable during every visit. Highly recommend this office—you’ll be in great hands!
Best dentist ever!!! Dr Fjoralba is so compassionate & caring. I love Tina too she is great dental assistant & the women up front are so nice too Rosemary & the other sweet lady. I would never go anywhere else. My family loves her too! I always tell my friends to change their dentist & check mine out lol!!! Thanks ladies ❤️
We love going to Dr. Thoma. She does excellent dental work. She works fast and very efficient. She is also very nice as well as her staff. We are very grateful to be under her care. Kudos to her!
I am disappointed with Dr. Thoma and the receptionist Rosemary. I used to live down the street now I live an hour away and I still would travel to get my dental work completed. I have been going to her for six plus years with excellent insurance. I got an implant for my front tooth from a specialist she referred me. Dr Thoma was charging me $1,250 to put a crown on once the implant was completed. Rosemary said, "my dental insurance will not cover the crown". I contacted them and they told me they will cover it. I asked Rosemary did she contact my dental insurance? she said, "no". I told her they said yes they will cover the cost. Dr. Thoma had to refund me $549 back. Dr. Toma tells me the network hasn't given them a raised in a long time. I said, "that is not my fault why are you stealing money from me". She apologized. That was the start of our break down of our patient relationship. In addition, they charged me $35 for my ex husband bill without telling me and I noticed a charge. Once I confronted her I was refunded my money back. I have proof of both checks. They must have thought I was a dumb. I am far from that. I've been at my job 41 years and i am very professional and organized. Don't get me wrong, Dr. Thoma does excellent work but her attitude does come out when she doesn't want to complete a request. I feel Rosemary is a bad influence for Dr. Thoma. She has the doc doing conniving things. The other receptist Marie is so sweet i wish she worked the front office. In addition, a lot of Dr. Thoma assistant that work with her with patients left because of Rosemary attitude. She never like me day one I met her because I was a strong brown woman that would stand up to her. On the other hand, once my implant crown was completed, unfortunately I damaged the crown several months later and had to start the process over with the specialist. Dr Thoma knew the process and felt sorry for me. She said, "she would replace the crown but I had to pay out of pocket because my dental insurance would not pay again so soon". I was fine with that. In the meanwhile, other crowns were getting done. The crown came back from her Utah lab and it had to be sent back a couple of times because the color was off. Once the crown came back and was cemented, several weeks later I thought I liked it but I didn't once I got in the natural light. She told me she would change it even though the stub was kinda dark. Another crown she completed. She said, "the lab had a new procedure by making three crowns different shades and we can select". I loved that. When I was at my last appointment to get my crown she gets an attitude and changed her mind that she cannot change the crown. I also complained that I have to wait almost two months before I can be seen for each appointment. They said they would call me with a date so i left with an attitude. Dr. Thoma called and more less said I need to find another dentist because I don't feel satisfied, which is a lie. I want them to send me three samples like this last crown she completed. Than she said, "I am doing one at a time and your not going to be happy" that is not true it's only the one crown that i don't like". She also says, "I don't know what the other stubs look like under the old crowns" because i want them replaced. I said, "you won't know until you start the work". In addition, she left my mouth with a hole and no crown. I have a partial to cover so i have to find a new dentist to complete the work. Dr Toma, I know your from another country but I pray you don't get treated in the country unfairly but when you do think about what you did to me. The specialist, Dr Fugi is the best. He right away put me with someone else. I can't wait. People if you go to this dentist (Acumen Dentist) watch your dollars and always check your approvals with your dental insurance. Overall, this is how years of a great paying patient is treated. God Bless
I was referred to Acumen by a friend and I love it! My family has been coming here for a few years and we've never had a bad experience. The entire staff is welcoming, personable and professional. I highly recommend Acumen Dental!
