Really rude front desk. Gave me attitude and a hard time about cancelling an appointment due to illness. This was the most recent in a series of unpleasant interactions with the front desk. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at ADEN Dentistry and will be finding a new dental office moving forward. I originally had an appointment scheduled for April 28. Nearly three weeks in advance, I called to reschedule because I specifically needed an appointment on my day off due to my work schedule. I spoke with Angie, who assured me the appointment had been successfully moved. On April 28, I then received a call asking where I was for my appointment. That was the first indication that my appointment had never actually been rescheduled. As someone who works full-time and plans carefully around limited days off, this was incredibly frustrating and inconvenient. When I later spoke with Gabrielle to schedule another appointment, all I did was ask a simple and valid question: why was my appointment never rescheduled after I called ahead of time? Her response was, “things happen,” which came across as dismissive and unprofessional considering the inconvenience caused. Shortly after, Angie called me back stating she heard I had “an attitude.” I found that highly inappropriate and unnecessary, especially since Gabrielle had already handled the scheduling. Instead of resolving the office’s mistake professionally, it felt like the situation was being turned around on me as the patient. When I arrived for my appointment on May 7, the atmosphere in the office felt cold and uncomfortable. The front desk staff were dismissive, and I genuinely felt unwelcome the entire visit. Even after completing my cleaning, I attempted to schedule my next follow-up appointment like I normally do, only to be told, “we’re not booking appointments at this time,” with no explanation provided. At that point, I requested my records so I could transfer to another dental office. Mistakes happen — I understand that. What matters is how those mistakes are handled. Unfortunately, the lack of accountability, poor communication, dismissive attitudes, and unprofessional interactions from both staff and management made this a very disappointing experience overall. What makes this experience especially disappointing is that I genuinely liked the hygienists here and often recommended this office whenever someone asked about my dentist. That’s why this situation was so disheartening. I understand staff supporting one another, especially in a small family-owned practice, but as a patient, I did not feel heard, valued, or treated with professionalism throughout this experience.

My first experience visiting there was so comfortable.I felt so at ease. I felt so comfortable. People there were so professional. I would recommend anyone to go there. They made me felt so relaxed. I wasn't even nervous. I felt I was in good hands with them.They explained everything to me step by step. I felt that they had my back each step of the way. I made them my permanent dentist. GOD BLESS THEM. For being one of greatest. I ever experience.They do great work.

The great reviews are not an aberration - the staff are lovely, professional, and made my visits as enjoyable as possible. The DDS's and hygienist in particular are the best, never thought I'd be recommending a dental practice, but here we are!

Front office is really nice and super helpful. During appt he implied federal workers should suck it up and quit complaining. I would have left but was boxed in (small office). Weird interaction I've never had at a dentist before. Will not be going back. Again reception was awesome...hygienist apparently red hatted.

I’ve only had a cleaning and exam so far, but the number of five-star reviews is no longer a mystery! All the brothers—doctors and hygienist—showed such expertise and warm bedside manner, I’m not upset about moving from my lifelong dentist anymore! The electric scraper made the cleaning painless, and the hygienist was so kind to show me how to massage my tmj muscle that always bothers me! I also much appreciated that everyone was masked and they took my temperature. If you’re triggered by stuff like that then do go. I personally love not getting sick or making others sick!

We love this dentist and the awesome hygienists. They are wonderful, kind people who love to see children come in. Our kids feel very comfortable with them. Our cleanings always go well. The reception and office folks are responsive and nice. I would recommend this dentist to anyone, especially families who want to come in at the same time.
