Parastoo Farokhi is very kind, friendly, and thorough in cleaning my teeth. She also speaks English, which really helps non-French speaker like me.

When I expressed my dissatisfaction with repeated administrative errors, I wasn't listened to. On the contrary, I was accused of supposedly "aggressive" behavior, when all I was doing was asking for our file to be handled properly. I also encountered a secretary who wouldn't let me explain, hung up on me, and, when I came to collect our files, greeted me in a way I found disrespectful. What I regret most is the lack of listening and consideration shown to patients. Expressing dissatisfaction with repeated errors shouldn't lead to being treated this way.

It is not the first time I visit Adent Nations and I always had nice experiences, once I even took my 5 year old who was treated with exceptional care and sympathy. I would like to highlight my latest experience with Karim ALI, who cleaned my teeth so thoroughly that it was a never cleaned like this before (I do have to have cleaning frequently). Karim is also very kind, comforting and professional. Thank you for the calming music as well ! I will certainly look for him the next time I need cleaning.

Parastoo Farokhi is an excellent hygienist. My daughters and I have been with her for a number of years. She is professional, courteous and a pleasure to deal with. In addition to hygiene, she offers a very good teeth whitening process. Highly recommended!

And she does the job efficiently and with a special care for her patients. She is not one of those who wants to see you to the door once done. She always listens to her patients. I first came for my braces, the result was amazing. Now I come every 3 months to get my teeth cleaned with Ms Parastoo FAROKHI, she is very gentle and patient.
