Extremely disappointing and concerning experience We took our child to Dr. Karthikeyan for cavities, and as worried parents, we trusted the dentist to clearly explain the diagnosis and treatment. Unfortunately, there was no clear explanation of how many cavities were found, what procedure was being done, or what it would cost before proceeding. We initially understood there were only 1–2 cavities. However, the final bill suddenly showed 6 cavities and ₹6,000 charged for them, taking the total bill to around ₹10,000. This is extremely concerning. If a clinic is charging ₹400 for consultation, the least patients can expect is transparency, proper communication, and informed consent before additional procedures and charges. The whole experience felt exploitative, particularly because we were there for our child and were already worried. Whether intentional or not, the lack of transparency looks very bad. A dental clinic should be a place where parents feel their child is being cared for—not a place where they leave wondering whether they were taken advantage of.
I did my implants from this clinic,from Dr Karthik and Dr Radhika 12yrs ago,my implants and caps are good and healthy,I stay at London,whenever I visit my parents,I get the check up done,recently I got my wisdom teeth pain and got it extracted,and my son got aligners done from this clinic,all the treatments are done by both doctors,with utmost care and precision, I recommend Advanced dental care ,to whoever stays at yelahanka and looks for good treatments with advanced technology at affordable prices.
Worst experience for my daughter's braces treatment at this clinic. The treatment itself was very disappointing, and the post-treatment care was even worse. After the braces were removed, the measurement for the invisible retainer for the lower teeth was taken incorrectly 3 times. After a month of waiting, we went again for the 4th time. When we politely pointed this out, Dr. Kartikeya was extremely rude. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, he argued and said why arguement we will do it again - we were not arguing at all, we were just stating a fact. He was even confused about whether the measurement was for the upper or lower retainer. We paid Rs. 1 Lakh for the treatment and it was completely not worth it. Very unprofessional behaviour. Yes,he has to do it as we have proof for the treatment done, payment done.

The ambiance of the clinic is refreshing. It’s bright and clean, making you feel relaxed as soon as you walk in. The staff are warm and welcoming, which adds to the overall positive experience.
Place is very hygienic ,my dental treatment is still going on and Dr Karthikeyan helped me plan and structure the whole treatment and recommended whats best for me, doctors and staff all are friendly.

Got my root canal and caps done at this clinic 6yrs ago,I never had any problem till now,so I took my mother for check up and got the implants done,they are extremely patient from taking digital x-ray to performing implant surgery and follow up,they are well experienced and organised in their treatment protocols I'm satisfied and advise anyone to visit clinic in Yelahanka Bangalore for dental related problems.
