Advanced Cosmetic Dentistry: Mastrostefano David P DDS

I absolutely love all of the staff at this dentist office. JC is the most wonderfully kind, considerate and caring hygienist. She worked with me the whole time to make sure that I stayed happy and healthy, understood all the billing and insurance and made sure to get me the most help I possibly could when it came to the insurance companies. I am TERRIBLE at understand how any insurance works and she kept all of my things in order, keeping track of myself and my journey the whole time. By the end of this whole process she was not just my hygienist, but my friend. Dr. Mastrostefano himself is a wonderful man. You can tell he truly cares for his patients and their oral health. He made sure to treat me as a top priority when I needed it most and worked to help me understand what was going on with my crown every step of the way. The way he treats his staff is a dream, respectful and kind to all of them. He was never demanding or in a poor mood. He was always good for a nice chat and made you feel comfortable during every appointment. I can not say enough nice things about the staff in this office. As much as I dislike dental work, they are the most genuine and sincere doctors office I have ever had the pleasure of belonging to in my life.

Based on the conversations I heard him having with his staff and patients,as well as my own experience, I believe him to be very conscientious and a dentist who genuinely values patient well being and satisfaction. Both the staff and the dentist are helpful and answer all questions completely. I've been 3 or 4 times, and will continue to return.

My wife had an appointment at 1:45 p.m. We got there at 1:30 and proceeded to wait until 2:30 p.m. for her to be seen. During this time, multiple staff were eating lunch. We also were treated to a loud phone conversation in the next room, where the doctor was laughing and joking for 30+ minutes. The staff was pleasant and friendly, but as medical professionals ourselves, we were disappointed. We know what it's like to be slammed with patients and fall behind, but having someone wait an hour and a half for a 15 minute appointment is not acceptable. We will not be going back.
