I an fairly new to the practice after our long-time dentist retired. I have not had any work done just cleanings and exams. They have modern equipment; the office is clean and pleasant. There is a long lead time to get routine appointments compared to my former dentist but I guess I will get used to it. Dr. Baker is great.

I have been going to advanced cosmetic dentistry for over 6 years, while Dr. Baker is outstanding it has become impossible to get anything scheduled due to the front desk staff. I have ended up calling multiple days in a row in the last year with absolutely no answer. Finally when they do answer I have been left on hold for over 10 minutes. Today, when I finally got through after a week of no response, I asked to not get placed on hold, I just needed to quickly schedule a cleaning before I have to head into a meeting. The front desk was so rude and let me know that their cleaning schedule was closed for the rest of the year. While Dr. Baker and the hygienists are great, it is not helpful when you cannot get to them due to unresponsive and rude front desk staff. Unfortunately after 6 years I’ll be looking for another dental practice.

This was a great dental visit (beside the fact that I had no cavities !). A senior dentist gave me a thorough exam, and then my excellent hygienist did a thorough and pain-free job, also reminding me of additional care options, one of which (fluoride) I chose. Afterward she gave me good hygiene tips. I’ve used this practice for years. Excellent.
