Not only is she incredibly thorough and detail oriented, she is also proactive in identifying solutions and suggestions from a preventative perspective, so as to avoid potential problems later. Probably the kindest & most approachable dental staff I've ever encoutered. Skyler was incredibly patient and knowledgeable answering all my questions, Mayra did an amazing job with the cleaning and was so sweet the whole time, and Dr. Gaspari was very sharp yet I had the comfort of feeling like I was talking to a friend (Swear I've seen this guy at Whitehorse). Overall, the staff made this experience incredible, will be coming back here again

First, I completely messed up my appointment day, and they were unbelievably gracious and accommodating. They still took me and made me feel totally welcome. From the moment you walk in, the front desk and every single person there is genuinely happy, warm, and incredibly helpful. It’s rare to feel that kind of positive energy in a medical office. My hygienist, Myra, was so sweet and so thorough. She did my cleaning, X-rays, and scans with such care and professionalism. She made everything feel easy and comfortable. And Dr. Bertman, I cannot say enough. I have seen so many dentists, periodontists, and oral surgeons over the years (I’m a complicated case), and he truly stands out. He is thoughtful, thorough, highly informed, and most importantly, trustworthy. He is not interested in pushing treatments or selling procedures. He listens carefully, evaluates comprehensively, and clearly only wants what’s actually best for his patients.

I came here for my bi-annual cleaning and found Advanced Dental Arts NYC b/c of the great google reviews. My dental hygienist Mayra was fantastic and super friendly. Dr. Bertman was wonderful and addressed all of the questions/concerns I had. It was such a great experience I told my co-worker about this place who will most likely be coming here too! Would highly recommend

Terrific ambience & a very friendly empathetic staff. As an artist I appreciated the cool art around the office & art books in the waiting room. The doctor was efficient & patient & well informed. I look forward to the follow up appointment.The only not-so- wonderful part is …..the expense. As a person with a limited income that part was a shock. I do hope I/ we can figure out a way to continue with their excellent treatment.

Over the course of two days, Dr. Isabelle DeMatteis (oral surgeon) and Dr. Kim (endodontist), gave me a root canal and also extracted a molar. I have been seeing Dr. Todd Bertman and his wonderful staff for many years but this was my first experience with Dr. Kim and Dr. DeMatteis and both were outstanding. I actually didn't feel Dr. Kim's numbing injections at all and he worked quickly, with great precision. Dr.DeMatteis, who performed my molar extraction, was exceptionally kind and gave me just enough info during the procedure to let me know all was going as it should. The techs who worked with each dentist were stellar. I hate going to the dentist but I love Advanced Dental Arts. They are a ten star dental practice!
