I had a great experience at Advanced Dental Care of Austin. From the start, Crystal (the assistant) made me feel really comfortable... she’s super friendly, easy to talk to, and honestly had me laughing the whole visit, which helped a lot since dental appointments usually make me nervous. You can tell she genuinely cares about patients and wants them to feel at ease. Dr. Sun was also excellent and took the time to clearly explain everything and answer my questions so I knew exactly what to expect. Overall they took great care of me, but Crystal really stood out and made the whole visit a positive experience. Highly recommend this office if you want a place that’s both professional and welcoming!
A friend referred me to Dr. Louie and I am so happy! Not only does he take the time to really explain things and answer questions, but he does beautiful work, as well! I also want to give kudos to Crystal for helping with a difficult x-ray and tooth build up! She did an amazing job! Another plus is that they are practically next to my work, so easy to get to appts. We have been seeing Dr. Louie since he came into ADCA and I have been very impressed. He has done a few complicated procedures for me, which have been perfect. What I like best is the way he explains everything and discusses options. He is so up front and thorough, and patient with questions. Today Cristal was his assistant and she was great. Also thorough, patient, explains, good at what she does. I have been very impressed with this practice.
