I have high anxiety going to the dentist, the staff did a wonderful job helping me feel comfortable, speaking to me with kindness and compassion while not being condescending and using helpful sensory techniques (vibration tools, cool air, breathing cues) to help prevent a panic attack. 10/10 highly recommend.

They were very informative and gave me a great exam and discussed a plan to move forward with my dental health.

All the staff is so nice. Every time I have gone Ive had great interactions. I really like my hygienist. Today I got a filling and was nervous. Crystal assured me and provided me the step by step process, asked questions to make sure I was comfortable along the way, and maintained a great attitude until I walked out the door. From the start, Crystal (the assistant) made me feel really comfortable... she’s super friendly, easy to talk to, and honestly had me laughing the whole visit, which helped a lot since dental appointments usually make me nervous. You can tell she genuinely cares about patients and wants them to feel at ease. Dr. Sun was also excellent and took the time to clearly explain everything and answer my questions so I knew exactly what to expect. Overall they took great care of me, but Crystal really stood out and made the whole visit a positive experience.
