My experience I was scared and nervous I saw the reviews and some was bad but dr A was amazing bro she was so kind and gentle kept asking did I feel pain. She pulled my tooth so fast bro I definitely recommend her to anybody because me I don’t do dentist cuz I don’t like needles but I’ll go back to dr A anytime. I had to ask her for a hugged because she was so gentle and kind. So thank u so much sr A and team because the dental assistant was amazing as well. I got these pulled today..👇

If it wasn’t for the 2 Professional, Welcoming , and helpful ( Female ) Dental assistants I would give 1 star. The two ladies made the visit more pleasant and answered all my questions and made me feel at ease. Between the lazy rude male receptionist and the cold shoulder dentist I don’t think I will be returning though. The male receptionist is the worst, with his McDonalds worker attitude. Very unpleasant attitude on the phone and in person, he acts like he’s not at work and you’re bothering him as if He didn’t choose that job. And the dentist is okay , not bad but not great. Treatment wise I would say a 4 but bedside manner 0 . She barely said 2 words or asked if I had any questions afterwards. Just left it up to her assistants. No direction on aftercare or check on you during the procedure. Maybe she’s burnt out but either way you have a responsibility and it’s your office so atleast put some effort. So if you need something quick and last minute I would suggest this office but don’t expect more than that

I was referred here by my dentist to have oral surgery, I’ve called and left several messages. It has been over a month since making initial contact and still haven’t been able to speak with someone. Their voicemail says they return calls within 24hours. This is absolutely ridiculous and not the way you service the public. This is unacceptable.

I had the absolute best experience from the time I made my appointment until my work was done. I had been to four different practices who said they took my insurance, but once I arrived and needed extractions they wouldn’t except my insurance any longer. The pain my teeth were causing was unbearable. I called Advanced Dental and was given an appointment the next week. I went in thinking it would just be a consultation. I was surprised when I got there, they did my X-rays and performed my extractions (four different teeth) at my first visit. I was done within 90 minutes of me being there. I am so grateful and impressed with this dentist. The bedside manner and quality of care were beyond great. I’ll never go anywhere else.

When I say the doctor did a wonderful job the staff was so sweet this woman gave me back my confidence and the First step to getting my smile back as nervous as I was she kept me relaxed though it all both her and her staff walked me through every step I am forever grateful thank you
