About Advanced Dental Care of Orlando

Based on South Apopka Vineland Road in Orlando, Florida, Advanced Dental Care of Orlando is a dental practice serving the area. A dental implant replaces a missing tooth at the root, not just the crown — a small titanium post is placed in the jaw bone and, once it has integrated over a period of months, a replacement tooth is attached to it. It is generally the most durable option for a single missing tooth or several.

Cosmetic treatment is generally the least invasive branch of dentistry, built around changing how teeth look rather than fixing something broken. Whitening and bonding sit at the lighter end; veneers and reshaping involve more planning. Most cosmetic dental insurance excludes this kind of work, since it is elective rather than medically necessary.

Root canal treatment removes infected or inflamed tissue from inside a tooth, cleans and seals the space, and allows the natural tooth to be kept rather than extracted. Its reputation for being painful is largely outdated — carried out under local anaesthetic, it typically relieves pain rather than causing it.

Emergency dental care covers sudden problems that will not wait for a routine appointment — severe pain, a knocked-out or fractured tooth, swelling, or a lost filling that leaves a tooth exposed. Same-day or urgent appointments are the point of an emergency service, rather than the standard multi-week booking window.

A crown covers an entire damaged tooth — used when too much structure is missing for a filling to hold reliably, whether from a large fracture, extensive decay, or after root canal treatment. It restores both the shape and the biting strength of the tooth underneath.

Gum disease treatment ranges from a deeper professional cleaning for early inflammation through to more involved periodontal care once bone around the teeth has started to be affected. Bleeding gums are usually the earliest sign, and the early stage is reversible with proper cleaning and better daily plaque control. What does tooth decay feel like in the early stages?
Usually nothing at all, which is the difficulty. Decay tends to become noticeable only once it approaches the nerve, so a cavity is often found at a check-up rather than because it hurt.
What causes cavities?
Bacteria in plaque feed on sugars and starches and produce acid, which dissolves mineral out of the enamel. Frequency matters more than quantity — grazing on sugary food or sipping sweet drinks through the day keeps the mouth acidic for longer than eating the same amount at once.
Can a general dentist handle a dental emergency?
Most general dentists can manage common emergencies — significant pain, a broken tooth, a lost filling — and will refer on for anything needing specialist surgical care. It is worth calling ahead so the practice can prioritise you.

No one enjoys going to the dentist however the staff here is very friendly especially Franyeli. They are also very straight forward and refrain from pushing you towards unnecessary procedures. They give you options to take care of whatever is needed while being very considerate of your wallet. Very pleased with my experiences here.

I have been coming here for almost 10 years and the care I receive is always amazing. They feel like part of the family that we catch up with every 6 months! Patricia, Zai, and Dr. Lamour have made my care comfortable and easy to understand. I certainly recommend them to anyone that would ask!

I recommend Dr Caceres. From the moment he was my Doctor I felt welcomed and he is very high skilled and gentle with his clients, he is very patient and explains every step on why and how the procedure works. The front desk staff also have a great service, very kind, welcoming and treat the clients as they should be with respect the office is clean and organized itself to. Great place to come and get your teeth checked by Dr Caceres.

Love this dental office! They were very easy to schedule appointments with and I barely had any wait time when arriving on time for my appointment. All the ladies working on the staff are always so nice and transparent with me. The hygienist also does a wonderful job and makes me feel super comfortable every time!! I had been to a few other dental offices down in Orlando before and they felt super scammy to me (making me pay hundreds even when in network with my insurance) but here my copay is $0. Last time I was here I had an issue with my retainer and Dr.Lamour was able to resolve it with no problem. I’ll be coming back here as long as I’m in Orlando!
