Excellent service and very thorough. I recently moved to the area and needed a new dentist and I lucked out. Zerin was personable and professional and she was quick to answer questions and make me feel comfortable in the chair. The Hygienist, Patricia was remarkable. They took thorough X-rays and conducted a detailed examination of each tooth for the record. The cleaning was painless and the process and follow-up were detailed. Dr. Lamour was professional and personable and he provided me with a status of my oral health as well as a detailed plan for improvement. I proudly call Advanced Dental Care my new dentist.

This is the worst dentist office I’ve been to. I had to wait over an hour after my scheduled appointment time before I could be seen. Why did they make me schedule a time for my appointment and confirm with me three times only to disregard my time? There have been complaints for these long wait times for years which you can see in the reviews. They keep responding that they try to make the experience better but nothing has changed. Additionally, they try to push doing deep cleanings which cost quite a bit more. They said I needed one which past dentists haven’t recommended, and when my wife when to get seen they were prodding her gums for a very long time trying to find a reason to recommend a deep cleaning which before the dentist rejected it. It seems like they’re incentivizing their staff to find any reason to do this cleanings and make more money. Lastly, the interaction with the dentist was super short and I felt I didn’t really get a true consultation. I’ve been to a lot of dentist offices, and this one is by far the worst. They seem to value money a lot more than patients. My recommendation is to late less patients so they don’t have to wait as long or hire more staff. Also, don’t incentivize your hygienists to sell deep cleanings.
