I am not a huge fan of going to the dentist especially when break a tooth. However, Dr. Breton was amazing. I did not feel anything! If you're nervous, Dr. Breton will make sure you are comfortable

I thought I had a good experience here when I got a cavity filled, but a couple of months later I went to a different dentist and found out that the cavity had not been thoroughly treated. The dentist told me there was still decay in the tooth that had been filled and that I was extremely close to needing a root canal. The workers at Advanced Dental Care also told me I would be safe to wait another three months to have my other small cavities filled. However, the new dentist strongly disagreed and recommended getting them filled right away. I ended up spending about four hours at the other dentist correcting the issues from my previous treatment. Based on my experience, I would not trust the people working here with my dental care.

Had couple of tooth pulled done yesterday. Dr. Breton explained every step clearly before starting, which put me right at ease. The procedure was fast, efficient, and virtually painless. Extremely disappointed with this dental office. I had a root canal and crown done here, and only a year and a half later the tooth fractured and had to be extracted. After experiencing pain when biting, I sought a second opinion. During the extraction, the new dentist showed me what was underneath the crown and raised serious concerns about the quality of the previous work. I was shocked to learn that the tooth could not be saved. As a result, I lost the tooth and was forced to go through an extraction, bone graft, and implant treatment, costing me thousands of dollars and causing significant pain, stress, and inconvenience. I trusted this office to provide long-lasting treatment, but instead I ended up losing the tooth in a very short period of time. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this clinic and strongly encourage anyone considering major dental work to seek a second opinion.

I informed the person who made my appointment that I had new insurance told her I would bring in the card when I came for the appointment. Then I had to pay at the appointment because they need 24 hours to process. They let me know I am getting a refund that refund was not for the correct amount. I called the insurance company & they called the practice. I did not make another appointment because I was so annoyed. I really like the dentist & the hygienist but the billing & customer service is is awful!
