Terrible experience. Avoid this clinic.I went in for a routine visit and pointed out a cavity I wanted fixed. They dismissed me at first, saying I was completely fine and to return in six months. When I pushed about the cavity, they suddenly changed their story and claimed it could only be fixed with a root canal.The procedure itself was awful. The anesthesia was administered so roughly that I felt significant pain, which has never happened to me at any other dentist.To make matters worse, I checked my teeth the next day and realized they were still completely dirty and poorly cleaned. When I called to complain, they made the ridiculous excuse that I "didn't specify" I needed a deep cleaning. I am not the doctor. I go to the dentist so a professional can recommend what is best for my oral health.It feels like this place only cares about billing your insurance rather than actually helping you. After all of this, I am still in pain and dealing with the exact same issue I went in for. Disgusting customer service and highly unprofessional. I absolutely do not recommend this place or this doctor

Doctor is super nice. Was honest and only wanted me to do the procedures necessary. He did not upsell! Staff is very supportive too!

I had a wonderful experience at advanced dental I had loss my denture was referred to advance dentist to my surprise had a next day appointment and in about 3 weeks I had my smile with teeth thanks to the staff at Advanced Dental (anna)....

Do not ever go here. The front desk staff is great. The dentist has always been rude, but I continued to go there because he has done great work until now. Before he even began, the dental hygienist showed me her Instagram page for her eyelash company before taking my x-rays. She then kept getting the photos wrong and had to do them repeatedly, which was painful because I was having gum pain. The dentist does the procedure and is very rough. When it was done, he walks away in a barely audible voice that I should gargle salt water … no real aftercare conversation. After a few days, I had difficulty opening my month. I went to another office and was informed that the medicine was installed too deeply and that I had to extend the course of antibiotics or it would be infected.

Dr Yusupov accommodated my needs perfectly. I was met with professionalism, respect, and great communication! He explained the prose used in detail and walked me through every step. Patient focused care and made answered every question that I had and made sure that I was safe before he began any procedure. Highly recommend this dentist! Accepts all insurance!
