Laurie is consistently pleasant and kind when rendering care. Throughout the exam, she informed me of what she was doing and used every opportunity to provide teaching re: my dental health. I never dread my dental appointments.

Dr. Dan and his team are top notch professionals. My visit was amazing from when I stepped in the office. I was registering on the kiosk and before I was complete, they called me to go back to a room. Truly less than a minute wait time! The visit was great, as they addressed an immediate need and Dr. Dan laid out a treatment plan that works for me. Once again, I left feeling that I am with the best dentist in town.

I had a really bad experience here & I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The Technicians don't listen to your concerns or value your consent for procedures. It sounds like they are pressured to complete every procedure that your insurance will remotely cover a portion of. Don't trust them if they say everything is covered by insurance (it wasn't) & read the language on the intake tablet very carefully. Honestly, just go somewhere else where you are valued as a human, not an ATM.

They were supposed to get back to me with “a plan” after viewing my panoramic xray i left with them, but never heard back, it’s been a week. So i went with Affordable Dentures and implants in Robinson. I need a place that has good communication practices.. getting dentures isn’t a small thing. Not sure why or how they dropped the ball, but the people were very friendly and the office is very nice.

I’ve had nothing but great experiences at Advanced Dental Solutions. All of the staff from the front desk ladies, to the hygienists to the doctors are friendly and professional. The hygienists are extremely thorough with their cleanings and documenting any changes in your chart. Nothing will be missed or neglected to the point of an emergency, you can be sure of that! Doctor Goodrum is wonderful. Patient, kind, and a true professional. You can tell he loves what he does!

I just had my first appointment at Advanced Dental Solutions, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! I went in for a full history review, X-rays, and a cleaning. The entire team was incredibly welcoming, and the facility was spotless and modern. My hygienist, Laken, was so friendly and did a fantastic job of explaining every step of the process. She made me feel completely comfortable and at ease the entire time. Highly recommend this practice!

Advanced Dental Solutions is absolutely incredible. The office staff is so nice & friendly. They always are helpful & accommodating anytime I have had questions or needed to change an appointment. This office makes it nearly impossible for you to miss an appointment, they notify you well in advance & continue to remind you. Laurie is out of this world - I have disliked going to the dentist for years & Laurie makes me feel comfortable & calm. It took me awhile to find a dentist that felt like a good fit & I knew once I started going to Advanced Dental Solutions I had found the place I was looking for!

Fantastic experience! Office was able to book me for an appointment in 2 days at a reasonable time! Office staff was friendly and Dr. Rairigh was great! Truly one of the best dentist I’ve ever been too. Took his time and was a perfectionist about the care he was giving me. Would recommend anyone to go see him!
