Today was my first visit to AE, and I had a wonderful experience. I came in because I was in pain after having two crowns placed on my teeth. The doctor was incredibly kind, professional, and caring. After examining me, she determined that I needed two root canals and was able to perform both procedures during the same visit instead of making me come back another day. She did an excellent job, and I truly appreciated the care and attention she gave me throughout the entire appointment. The office itself is beautiful. It has a very modern, welcoming, and impressive design that immediately made me feel comfortable. I was also pleasantly surprised to receive a welcome gift bag with some goodies and a T-shirt, which was such a thoughtful touch. I also want to recognize the amazing assistants, Julia and Dylan. They were both wonderful and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Dylan even asked if I was happy with the music or if I would prefer something different, which showed how much they truly care about their patients’ comfort. Their kindness and attention to detail made the entire experience relaxing and stress-free. Overall, my visit was truly an amazing experience. I highly recommend this dental office to anyone looking for professional, compassionate, and outstanding dental care. I’m not a fan of the dentist but MS. Haida Hossain and assistants were great they made me feel comfortable and worked with my comfort level. Also they explained everything to detail and just go over everything is really nice because not a lot of doctors will do that. I would recommend them to anyone that needs to get root canal work done. Definitely made me feel a lot better about the dentist when walking out the door. Also love that they gave me a shirt and goodie bag at the end.

Outstanding experience at Advanced Endodontics, Lake Nona! Dr. Pham and the team made my root canal entirely painless, aside from the numbing shot I felt only pressure, and I had no pain during or after the procedure. My treatment required two visits due to complexity, and the only minor discomfort was from the splatter shield on my return. The care was professional, efficient, and reassuring. I highly recommend Dr. Pham and this office to anyone needing a root canal.

I had a root canal scheduled. My insurance discount plan had ended when I got to the office. It was a long drive to get there. I was told I can get a refund once I renew my plan again. I thought it was great because I don't have to reschedule. I called about my refund since I had renewed my plan. I talked with Dr pham on the phone. She stated just give me your card number and I will issue your refund. Waited for over a month. I found it odd she didn't mention the amount or no receipt was sent to my email for a refund. After a month I called again only to be told since the plan was activated after the root canal there will be no refund difference. It was a pleasant coming to your office for the past couple of years. Honestly, they have always been wonderful. Just be mindful the information that is provided to the customers.

Everything was explained clearly and calmly so I always knew what to expect, which made a huge difference. The technology is very cutting-edge and modern, and the procedure itself was completely painless — I truly didn’t feel anything, not even the numbing shot, which honestly amazed me. The entire team was professional, compassionate, and incredibly skilled. If you’re anxious about dental procedures (especially something like a root canal retreatment), I can confidently say you’re in excellent hands here.
