Dr. Chung and his team are amazing! This is my second time at his office and both times have been exceptional. This time unfortunately was more of an emergency situation, they got me so quick and relieved my pain. I knew I was in good hands, can’t recommend Dr. Chung and his team enough!
Dr. Chung and the Lakemont staff were extremely professional and pleasant. The staff even answered a question I had on a Saturday! It was funny when I had to take a bathroom break, I don't think Dr. Chung realized that I am a fairly tall fellow, and when I collected my equilibrium and stood up, he just looked up at me. I had to hold my tongue not to say, "I'm not going to hurt ya".
Great staff and wonderful treatment. Dr. Chung was so patient, thorough and did a great job with my root canal. He was even considerate enough to make sure I truly needed it. Would definitely recommend this location and staff.

Dr. Chung was excellent and very professional. The staff is wonderful. Very friendly and pleasant. Dr.Chung and his assistant were very clear in explaining the procedure plus the young lady receptionist.
I was very nervous about my first root canal but the staff at the Lakemont office were very caring and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. Dr. Chung made sure I did not have any feel any pain during the procedure. He was awesome and his assistant, Allyson was great too. If I ever need another root canal, will definitely go back to this office!
Staff very friendly. Dr Chung took time to explain to me what to be done before and after the procedure. His assistant Alison was updating me as the procedure went on and also was supportive during the procedure. Excellent care. Thank you for the root canal t shirt. ❤️❤️❤️

I was very impressed with Dr. Nicholas Chung! He was extremely kind, considerate and gentle. I was very relaxed with him as well and the sedative for my teeth was great not as much epinephrine in it. A very happy customer. The nurse alongside him was great as well! I would highly reccomend Dr. Chung to other patients! Thank you again! Very happy customer!
