Staff very friendly. Dr Chung took time to explain to me what to be done before and after the procedure. His assistant Alison was updating me as the procedure went on and also was supportive during the procedure. Excellent care. Thank you for the root canal t shirt. ❤️❤️❤️

I was very impressed with Dr. Nicholas Chung! He was extremely kind, considerate and gentle. I was very relaxed with him as well and the sedative for my teeth was great not as much epinephrine in it. From start to finish, this was as good an experience as a root canal can be. Scheduling the appointment was easy. I was greeted by pleasant staff (at the Lakemont location). They have high tech equipment to get a clear idea of what is going on. Dr. Chung went above and beyond to control my pain. I have an "atypical" anatomy with the one tooth being worked on. Dr. Chung took the time to explain what was going on and work out a plan with me. He was personable yet professional. I'll probably need another root canal in the next year and will easily return to Dr. Chung and the staff. I highly recommend.

My 1st root canal at age 55. Dr.Chung and his entire team at the Winter Park office are awesome. They were gentle and comforting. Wow, I thought a root canal was bad, told never do it...with new technology that Dr Chung was not scary as I believed the myth. Kudos 👏 and thank you 💛 I am jealous now, I want a Tshirt! Lol 🤣

I was quite anxious about needing a root canal, but from the first phone call to the final check-out, I felt I was in safe, expert hands. The entire staff is professional, welcoming, and truly cares about patients well-being. Dr. Chen/Dr. Chung are absolutely phenomenal, meticulous, knowledgeable, and calming. I trust them completely and will absolutely return if I ever need endodontic care again.

Hands down, the best dental experience I have ever had. I have major dental anxiety and have never had a root canal before. Alison and Dr. Chung were both patient, compassionate and detail oriented. I never felt rushed and I felt like my care was a priority to them. Dr. Chung is very very thorough and did not let me leave until it was just right. I appreciated this so much because I often feel rushed in and out of any type of provider office. This is the gold standard in patient care and others should take notes.
