Friendly staff and very professional. Explained the procedure thoroughly as well as three cost breakdown. Highly recommended.

My husband was referred to Advanced Endodontics at their Clermont location through the VA. I joined him at his appointment on 6/30/26 & 7/2/26. I wanted to take the time to let the public know what a pleasure it was from the moment we walked in until the end of his appointment at both visits. The front desk ladies: Sara, Shareka and Jayleen, were all so cheerful, friendly and very welcoming. They went over the treatment plan and gave my husband a new patient goody bag before he was even taken back to the operatory. Alexis was the dental assistant at the consult. She was so sweet and bubbly. Alexis had nothing but good things to say about Ashley, the manager/administrator of all their locations as well as the other dental assistants and Dr. Ren. At todays appt., we requested Alexis. My husband was comfortable with her. We also had a 2nd dental assistant, Maya, who is very knowledgeable and comforting which is what my husband needed because he hates needles. Maya and Dr. Ren suggested using nitrous to help calm him. A 3rd dental assistant (sorry, I didn't catch her name) radioed the front desk ladies to find out if the VA would cover the cost of the nitrous. Surprisingly enough, the VA said they would cover the cost. The office went above and beyond to ensure my husband would be more at ease. The nitrous worked like a charm! Dr. Ren reminded me of my former boss who I loved! I've been a dental assistant for 39 years. Dr. Ren was kind enough to go over my husband's retreatment of a root canal he had done in 2014. A general dentist did that root canal. I am so thankful Dr. Ren found the 4th canal that the other general dentist couldn't/didn't know existed. That dentist thought it was a possible fracture. The tooth has never felt 100% fine even after the previous root canal and crown was done in 2014. Dr. Ren was able to remove the post, clean out all 4 canals with a laser and was able to retreat the root canal. Dr. Ren gave us hope that we could keep the current crown. Several offices I worked at through the years have always referred to Advanced Endodontics. Due to that, I told my husband that I would've personally recommended this office if the VA didn't refer him. The office is modern, beautiful and very well kept. They have a good selection at their snack/coffee/beverage station. At the end of today's appt., my husband was given a T-shirt. What a wonderful touch. The workflow of the office was fantastic. It shows great teamwork. I would definitely recommend this office hands down!

My experience was great! Everyone was nice and professional.

Everything was fine, however... the front desk NEVER calls you back or get back to you about any of your questions or concerns. Their eyes light up with dollar signs in them if you need a colonoscopy. They are very quick to schedule you, like it is some type of contest!!! I ended up going elsewhere.

Beyond impressed with my experience for recent dental work. I needed to have my first-ever root canal, and the staff at Advanced Endodontics patiently walked me through every step of the way. I have a great deal of anxiety due to past painful procedures, as I am difficult to numb. The Staff explained different options for care, and how to approach the procedure with the best plan for easing my fears and providing the best options for pain management. They listened closely to my concerns, and helped me feel at ease. There was absolutely zero pain during, or following the procedure, as I made sure to carefully follow the detailed plan of care. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone, and while I hope I don’t have the need to return - know that I will be in good hands if I do! Of course my favorite takeaway was this “I survived a root canal” t-shirt. Classic. 🦷

I was skeptical. Just going in I thought "uh-oh. It's so tastefully - and costly looking - done. This is going to cost me!" Then I settled in to receiving A+ care. From the Front Desk to the Tech to the tests to the Dr, I felt cared for. And I felt very good making an appointment with Dr Martinez to do a root canal. I don't feel like the cost is out-of-line. I mean, it IS expensive but everything Dental is. So - I have my root canal next week. . . . Follow-up: A++++ Dr. Martinez and her Asst, Leslie are top notch. I was treated with care and communication and expert skills. I had no pain following the Procedure and very minute swelling = that's the sign of a gifted Dr. I highly recommend the Office, Dr Martinez and Leslie

Right from the start, the staff was extremely organized and had a great check-in system in place. They were able to perform root canal same day after exam 🙏. Doctor, hygienist and techs were also super wonderful and polite. Thank you so much for being able to minimize my pain and give me back my healthy smile! 😃🥰💙 PS love the little goody bags and t-shirt- muy lindo!

Dr. Tej Vaidya and his team provided excellent service during my first root canal procedure. I had initially expressed some concerns, which Dr. Vaidya addressed by carefully explaining the process and performing the procedure with precision. My experience was positive, and my initial concerns were alleviated by the care and kindness shown by Dr. Vaidya.
