I am aware that instruments and technology is constantly improving; but my experience from booking the appointment to the root canal itself was by far the best dental experience. I went into the office with extreme pain and on leaving I felt 90% better. I was fully expecting to feel residual pain or discomfort after my procedure... CRAZY, but that was just wasn't the case. Advanced Endodontics of Chicago completely deserves all their five-star reviews! My dentist diagnosed me with a probable root canal based on his examination, and called Advanced Endodontics himself. Advanced Endodontics was able see me for an emergency appointment the very next day! Based on my scans and examination, Dr. Vuong confirmed that I did indeed need a root canal procedure. He explained carefully what was involved, and made sure I was totally comfortable with his treatment, before and during the process (I was). He showed me before and after images of my root and temporary filling. Dr Vuong was friendly and thoroughly professional and very efficient. He is a truly skilled endodontist. I have had root canals before, but this was the best -- totally painless. I am thrilled and relieved to be pain-free again. I highly recommend Dr Vuong and his wonderful staff, from the caring friendly woman who assisted him during the surgery to the helpful and informative staff at reception. I thank you all for a perfect experience. Great teamwork!
Dr. Vuong is AWESOME! His assistant Isabel is equally AWESOME! I am a new patient. During the initial consultation, he explained everything that needed to be done. Then, when I arrived (very nervous) for the scheduled procedure and wanted clarification on some of the details, he patiently explained everything to me so that I fully understood what was involved in the retreatment. I would absolutely -- without hesitation -- recommend Dr. Vuong to anyone who needs a root canal retreatment procedure.
Amazing practice. Dr. Davenport and staff are extremely nice, supportive, professional, knowledgeable. Overall extremely happy with root canal procedure they performed. Procedure was explained, timely done, made extra sure at the end procedure was done to full satisfaction. Can’t thank them enough. Will always be happy, comfortable coming back for any future work done.
